Luxury Wildlife Haven & Hot Tub on Suffolk Coast

EugenioRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

Garden Cottage with Hot Tub-Accessible-Norfolk

AngelaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Old Oak Barn with Jacuzzi hot tub

JaneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

Barn with hot tub, perfect for get togethers

LucileRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lively stay at Helen's, the garden is huge and is fenced (which was handy with a toddler), it has a playground and a small house for kids that our daughter loved. It also has a direct access to a field with two horses that were happy to be pet. The house itself is very large, clean, with a play room and lot of books and boardgames, and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt instantly at home. Helen even gave us spices we had forgotten and needed ro cook a dish. And of course, there was the jaccuzzi! It was the perfect gataway for a long week end. Would 100% recommend!

Jacuzzi, sauna, masseuse, chef, dog friendly

NirmalaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We went for our friend’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The hot tub and Sauna was just lovely and very relaxing. Lovely cottage perfect for 4 people. The host was very responsive and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby. I would advise to come to Diss by car as the cab service was not great so had difficulty getting about. You have to book cabs in advance. Overall it was Great weekend

Cleveland House | Winterton Cottages

KarenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Cleveland House was just lovely. Such a perfect location, just a short walk to the most beautiful beach. With a convenience store, pub, fish & chip shop and tea room very close by - all which I would recommend. There were really helpful instructions about the house, with lots of local recommendations of things to do. Loved our stay here.

Gorgeous 4 bedroom cottage by sea

Chris And SueRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Dunwich is a beautiful seaside village with an interesting history. Beach was good (by North Sea standards but be sure to either have feet like old boots or preferably a pair of swimming shoes. The house is perfect for a family get as ours was with grandparents, maiden aunts, youngish couple and a toddler. Everything you could need and more.

Stunning 17th Century Farmhouse, with superb views

MitchRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an excellent stay. The house is spacious, with multiple areas to sit and relax. It’s a private property, so very peaceful to chill out for a few days. We had everything we needed for the stay and certainly enjoyed sitting in the lounge and watching the wildlife pass by. Sharon is a great communicator, which made the stay very easy. Thank you!

Rustic charm in The Dairy in rural Suffolk

AnthonyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely accommodation. Very rustic and would suit most who like a bohemian lifestyle. We enjoyed our stay, although the uneven floors and steep stairs to the top bedroom presented a challenge. We arrived very late, in the dark, and although we had a little difficulty finding the property, Kate was very helpful, and we found our way. Overall, a great stay.

Stalham Staithe Retreat, Apartment, Norfolk Broads

JohnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Well this apartment was lovely,so relaxing,so quiet and peaceful, and so clean. We have stayed in numerous Airbnbs and this is up there with the best. The area is lovely too. Easy to get to most places in both directions along the A149 which is just a couple of mins drive away. Boating Marina just across the road too. Michelle was very responsive and gave great directions to the Apartment which we found straight away. Don’t hesitate in booking. If I was to give two recommendations for food and drink it would be Wroxham Hotel in Wroxham and the swan inn Horning. Both of these you can sit by the river and watch the boats go by too. And for the best walk to an amazing beach that goes for miles in both directions would be Horsey. Drive to the Nelsons Head pub, park in their car park (but please do buy a drink and/or food for using the car park) and walk down the lane to the beach, you won’t be disappointed,we saw grey seals there too. The food and drinks at Nelson Head pub are lovely.

Watsons Farm

AlanRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Date of stay 28th December 2024-2nd January 2025. Mary is an excellent host, she welcomed us on our arrival and ensured that we were familiar with the property and its appliances. The cottage was warm and a fire had already been set to greet us. Mary respected our privacy but was available if we needed anything. The cottage is 16th century expect uneven floors, low ceilings and a steep spiral staircase! The beds were comfortable, towels and linen good quality. A very rural area with plenty of good walks on the doorstep, it’s a short drive into Fressingfield village where there is a pub and well stocked local shop. There plenty of other places to visit within a short drive. A quiet and peaceful setting for a few days away.

IDRE - Scandinavian Lodge in peaceful Norfolk

ChrisRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest. The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

Norfolk Holiday Home, access to Free Pool, Gym

GraemeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The Kingfisher house is clean, neat and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. Being opposite the Goat Shed is a very good selling point, with its excellent choice of goods and great food to eat. The location is very central Norfolk, meaning you have plenty of options to visit lots of the Norfolk sights. The use of the pool and tennis courts at the nearby golf resort is an added bonus. Night time is very quiet so we all managed to get some well earned rest.

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Kitsch Karavan I: Sunny/Seafront/Deck/Dogfriendly

CarolynRating, 5 stars46 months ago
I hadn’t been to this part of Norfolk before so was delighted to arrive and find this surprisingly spacious caravan with deck on one of the best spots in this relatively small holiday park. It’s not like the big commercial parks or some smaller ones we have been to where all the caravans are the same. I don’t think there are any two the same here and made me quite nostalgic! This park has a quiet, laid back, friendly atmosphere of its own. Pleasant walk to the beach but there’s free parking down there too if you have stacks of gear like us. Caravan very clean and comfy, everything you need and surprisingly good amount of storage to keep things tidy. Deck an absolute godsend with the dog (everyone here seems to have a dog)! Good value for quality accommodation in peak season and ideally located for visiting around Norfolk. Would definitely consider booking again - teenage son says he would and everyone knows how difficult they are to please! On that note, excellent 4G signal for mobile WiFi too.
