Holiday rentals with beach access in Lowestoft

We stayed here for 6 weeks whilst waiting to complete the purchase of our new home. It suited our purposes perfectly and we loved staying here within walking distance of the beach and right on top of all the local amenities in Kirkley.

What a great little studio, we had a wonderful couple of nights here. The view of the sea was perfect on the sunny mornings. The beach is only 1 minute walk and the place is pristine and cosy. Andre was very responsive and always available with answers. Would highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful time away at the seaside.

Absolutely fantastic weekend away , The apartment was as described and contained everything we needed plus more. Great location conveniently 5 minutes walk from the Beach and 10 minutes into town - along a beautiful Seaview promenade. I would certainly recommend the putting green cafe for breakfast , its the closest and the full English was on point. Laura was great , on hand when needed and a mention of Ben and his tourist info 👍thank you

This place is amazing. The apartment is cosy, the space is big and the bathroom and kitchen is beautiful. Perfect space and quiet. It’s private as well. It’s right opposite the sea. Right next to food places. About a 20 minutes drive to Great Yarmouth and 10 minutes to Africa Alive so was a perfect spot. There was lots of street parking directly outside the place. We absolutely loved our stay and Jane responded to our queries super quick. Would definitely be back and recommend to others.

A brilliant location, near the perfect sandy beach and all local amenities in this wonderful "old world" resort. Restaurants and pubs (and a brewery) only a few minutes walk away. The access might be difficult for anyone with mobility problems - it's up two flights of steep steps, the first of which is like a fire escape. We had a brilliant time and hope to return sometime! We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary, check-in was excellent as Matt had messaged us the day before to say we could check-in early the day of our arrival, which was excellent. Parking was easy (neighbourly agreed bay). The apartment was wonderful and very comfortable and quiet at night. We loved the small balcony over looking the sea and it was an excellent place to just chillout after a busy day exploring the area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for those wanting to prepare meals. The ship Inn pub is just a 30 second walk away for excellent food and a outside terrace overlooking the sea. Mundesley has a great butcher, bakers, fruit & veg shop, Coffee house, Café and small arcade & crazy golf. A small Tesco extra is about a 20-minute walk away for all your other essentials. The location of the apartment to the beach was brilliant and we spent a few nice days enjoying the coastal walk and front. Felbrigg Hall & Cromer are only a short drive away.

Lovely clean & welcoming apartment in a great location right in the centre of Southwold. Super comfy beds & everything we needed for a short stay when visiting family.

Dunwich is a beautiful seaside village with an interesting history. Beach was good (by North Sea standards but be sure to either have feet like old boots or preferably a pair of swimming shoes. The house is perfect for a family get as ours was with grandparents, maiden aunts, youngish couple and a toddler. Everything you could need and more.

We had a family holiday with our two adult children, their partners and our granddaughter. The 4 bedroom house is lovely & is fitted out to a very high quality. We were allowed to check in early and check out late as the house was free on the dates either side. This was really appreciated by us all. The hosts, Marian & Alan, are really helpful and couldn't have made us more welcome to their home. There was a welcome pack of local produce when we arrived and a fabulous sourdough loaf delivered on the Saturday morning. We also took our two Cockers & they got a welcome pack too. The house is really well kitted out with luxury towels, nice linen and a large farmhouse kitchen. Plenty of living space with a good library of books and games. There is a big secure garden with a nice barbeque/patio that we also made good use of. The weather was also good so we made use of all the outdoor games that they supplied. Great place, thoroughly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped with a lovely atmosphere and some sweet touches to make you feel looked after.

Warm and Friendly , was perfect and ideal for our few nights stay for me and my friends to attend the local wedding venue at the Barn. Comfy beds with lovely surroundings and beach. Hosts were experienced and most helpful even aiding me with a quick lift to the venue so really thankful and enjoyed the stay. Would do again if back that way

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at Penny’s. She kindly offered an early check-in which was helpful for our friends particularly. Great location and a comfortable house. She even managed wall-to-wall sunshine.

Easy walking distance into the centre of town & beach. Property really clean and comfortable.

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀

this is a great little find in an ideal location, near to beach, shop, pub/restaurant, tea room and fish and chip shop. the accomodation was spotless and had loads of little extras like welcome pack, sauces, tea coffee salt pepper, jams butter, toiletries etc. it also had a small private back garden with multiple seating areas , we would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit Thankyou 😁

We had a lovely stay here at Great Yarmouth. The place was very new looking and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Jane had put tea and coffee and milk in the kitchen for us which was very much appreciated. I’m hoping to return in August. I can highly recommend this place. Right near the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved it. We had a free parking space too.

Lovely large flat right in town and close to all amenities. Everything provided for a comfortable stay including good mattress and lots of cooking utensils. Much care has gone into the flat- thanks ...we'll visit again and recommend !

Lovely seafront location with fantastic views over the beach and sea. Less than five minutes' walk to the town centre. Accommodation was welcoming and beautifully presented.

I booked this Airbnb for my daughter and her girlfriend to stay at for her 28th birthday. My nervous and anxious daughter told me Paul was wonderful, very friendly and made them feel very welcome. He recommended local interests and food/drink venues The accomodation is a short walk from the beach, the bed was extremely comfortable and they loved the use of a courtyard space which seems hard to find in Great Yarmouth. It was extremely easy to communicate with Paul prior to and throughout the booking. We would highly recommend Paul's place and we will definitely return. Thank You Paul 😊
