Monthly Rentals in Lower Mitcham

This is a lovely small house in a nice and very convenient neighbourhood. There is a train station close by, but there were no issues with noise; the house was quiet and the sleep quality very good. The house is well equipped; there’s everything you need to cook your own meals and there was a handy supply of pantry basics. Our host had left milk and breakfast supplies for us, which was appreciated as we arrived late on a public holiday. Communication was excellent. We hope to stay again.

This is my third time staying at the Kings. One of my fav air bnb's. light filled beautifully furnished comfy beds very quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Walk to King William Road. 10 mins to Adelaide Hills. Highly recommend. Very well presented with extra touches. I feel very at home here

A neat little suburb located a few kms away from Adelaide’s CBD. Dianne’s place was private and quiet, suitable for couples or a small family. We had some regular feline visitors (who may have been from neighboring properties) who were very friendly and made themselves at home so just a heads up to any guests who may be allergic. Dianne was responsive and flexible with our arrangement and recommend it highly.

Leanne has the most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb. As soon as you enter you know you are in a very special home. Thoughtful, comfortable furniture and decor which is matched with considerate touches. It was lovely to find fresh fruit, fresh milk, a packet of biscuits and an abundance of tea, and coffee capsules. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was pristine. We also enjoyed the outside bath with salts. Leanne kindly made sure the heating was on for our arrival. I can't recommend this home highly enough.
