This private studio features an entirely remodeled interior and exterior within walking distance to Downtown Loveland, Lake Loveland, and a great park. It's the perfect balance of modern yet cozy, quiet but still close to bustling downtown. One queen bed, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and cable TV, washer/dryer, huge covered deck, private fenced yard, hot tub, and fire pit. Dedicated off-street parking. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
