Monthly Rentals in Los Feliz, Los Angeles

The place was great, on a small compound with a couple other houses and the neighbors were really friendly when I saw them. The location is really good and you can walk to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc... The communication was prompt and found the team overall helpful in sorting anything I needed. There is a nice little back yard that has a bbq which is nice if you want to eat or just hang outside. My only gripe is they could use some better bed sheets, polyester are pretty sweaty in the summer so I had to keep the AC pretty low to sleep. I'd definitely return though, it's a great location and great overall value.

This is your sign. If you’re considering staying here just do it. I was here for 6 weeks for work and the location, neighborhood, accommodations and host all exceeded expectations. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of local shopping/coffee/great food. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean and secure. And the host was always in communication and easy to reach. Street parking was never a problem. You’ll have a lovely stay.

It was wonderful to stay at Jennifer and James’s casita! They are kind, responsive hosts who put a lot of love and care into the space. The space is well decorated and homey, with every sort of appliance / extra item you could dream of to make your stay comfortable (pots, pans, seasonings, tea, cleaning supplies, etc.) The space is cozy but works for two. Definitely appreciated the large walk in closet. The little outdoor / garden area feels magical. The location itself is walkable, safe, and a few minute walk from Atwater Village which has cute shops and great restaurants. Thank you so much Jennifer and James for welcoming us into your beautiful casita! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back ☺️

Nicola was very communicative and professional from the start. She volunteered very helpful information and guidance. Her property was very clean and absolutely the best location for my needs. Walkable distance to Kaiser Permanente as we were there for medical rotations, grocery store was just down the street, friendly neighbors. Neighborhood was very family friendly, and safe. The home was fully stocked with toiletries and dishes, laundry essentials and extra linens etc. Bedroom was spacious with storage. Nicola herself is a kind woman and eager to help. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Checking in and out was very easy. This property was organized in a manner to anticipate your needs, 5 stars!
