Monthly Rentals in Long Island City, Queens

It was great staying at Kat's place. Her mom and family were awesome. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood was great! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance! And it's only about 25 mins to Manhattan by train. Train station is about 5 mins walk away. Will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend Kat's place.

I stayed in the apartment for six weeks. I found it to be exactly as the pictures show. I felt at home comfortable in the space and neighbourhood. It's a fairly quiet part of Greenpoint but it's close enough to restaurants and shops, and you can walk to the ferry to get to Manhattan, or take the subway. The traffic on the nearby road means there is some noise which I'm sensitive to so sometimes I used earplugs to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, the shower works well and the kitchen has a coffee machine. I'm a single female and felt safe in the area and in the building. Ziggi communicated well with me throughout. I definitely recommend the space and I'd say it's great value and good home base from which to explore NYC.

I spent 1 month in Christelle's apartment. It was a great positive experience from the start. After I found this place, I contacted Christelle and she instantly responded. I found out she speaks French (like me) so we began chatting in French on Airbnb. From our first exchange via messaging, I can sense she truly CARES for her guests. That put me at ease Christelle's place is CLEAN, SAFE, QUIET, WELL ORGANIZED. It's actually luxurious There is a big grocery store within 2 minute walk. The Roosevelt avenue nearby is filled with ethnic restaurants - so you will never go hungry ! The neighborhood is VERY DIVERSE which I loved ! The Metro 7 Line is just 2 blocks away so I was able to zip to Manhattan in no time Christelle was attentive and super-responsive to all my needs. When I complained about the office chair, she instantly ordered a better one on Amazon for same-day delivery! I can go on singing praise for this amazing place. But come experience yourself! You won't regret it !
