Really great spot for someone rolling solo who just needs a great place to crash in the evening. Rory was great, and she made everything very clear and easy. The room was very cozy, and honestly a lot nicer than I thought it would be. Great stay.

Sandra’s place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! First of all, the bedding smelled amazing—as if everything had been freshly washed—which made sleeping so comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and blankets, so whenever it felt a little chilly, I could just add an extra blanket and stay cozy. The place had all the amenities I needed (there was even an iron, though I didn’t get a chance to use it). Sandra always responded quickly and kindly whenever I messaged her, which made the trip even more enjoyable. During my stay, I visited Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn, and the location was perfect for getting around. Personally, I have nothing to complain about—it was a flawless stay. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in New York! Big thanks to the host for making an already exciting trip even more special!

Such a great stay in New York! It was our first time in the city and the place was totally what we were looking for. The location is right next to the subway but is very calm and clean at the same time. The neigbourhood seemed to be very safe. The room was clean, nice designed and really comfortable for two. Daniela is very nice and helpful host, thank you for everything!

Willie was absolutely fantastic host!! I can't recommend him enough. Super helpful, he was there whenever we needed anything & provided helpful local recommendations. Location is amazing, with 15 mins direct subway to Times Square, the surrounding area is filled with good restaurants, as well as safe. I have zero things to complain about & only hope that his place will be available for us next time we decide to visit NYC!

Everything was great! Both the check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made things so much easier. The place was exactly as described—clean, tidy, and very well maintained. Henry was a fantastic host and even allowed me to check out late to match my flight schedule. I would definitely stay at Henry’s apartment again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

Our stay was comfortable! Lourdes was a great host. Very accommodating. Her place is cozy, clean, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. We loved being able to escape and sleep someplace quiet after spending all day running around the city. Both beds are comfy, and the bathroom was clean. Perfect for 2 people.

The place was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The walk for the path is around 9 minutes to go manhattan (easy to go and come back) Hosts are great and friendly, always asking if you need anything. Such a great place!!

Host was nice, and the place was a very nice studio apartment. No complaints.

What strikes you when you enter the apartment is the CLEANLINESS of the premises, the COMFORT of the bed and sofa bed, the GOOD QUALITY of the sheets and blankets. The kitchen is like new, was very clean and well-equipped which allowed us to make most of our meals. Located about a 10-minute walk from the Metro. Quiet place that poses no problem for sleeping at night. Milton is generous, attentive, a positive, human and LIVING owner who cares first for the comfort and well-being of the guest. We do not feel at all that the business side of this company is a priority. As a quality/price value, this rental is an excellent choice that I would not hesitate to take again in the future.

17John’s is an excellent place to stay to explore NYC. Whether it’s landmark locations, food, or access to trains, there’s everything you can think of. The rooms as such are amazing - clean and well equipped. I cannot think of a single issue we encountered during our stay. We had a 5 year old who equally loved the place!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, on entry the apartment smelt beautiful, with fresh Lilies in the main living room area and in one of the bedrooms. Spotless apartment and exactly like the photos, great attention to detail and eco friendly! great neighborhood suggestions and so very responsive to any questions, very quiet building and quiet apartment in general. Dominik also reached out a week before us arriving which was very thoughtful! would definitely recommend and go back and stay! we both had lived in NY many years ago so it was lovely to be in a familiar neighborhood and see how things had changed.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Reynold's place is exactly what we were looking for given the itinerary my group had planned. It definitely had a taste of the residential community feel, and the property/amenities all complimented our stay and requirements. Felt very safe, peaceful and just at home -- yet a few minutes away from local deli shops and groceries. Plus Reynold keeps the place very well kept and stocked. Highly recommended for people with multiple days staying in the area. 👌

Wonderful place,enjoyed my stay

This was exactly what we needed for a quick visit to visit Stamford! It was easy to check in and plenty of room for 2 families with young kids. The backyard is private and fenced in for early morning coffee and dinner. The location is very close to a park with playground and it was easy to get to 95. Would definitely stay again!

My sister and I had a short overnight stay and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a cute place. It was just as described and perfect for the night. The host was very quick and responsive to our inquiries. The building is very easy to find and we felt safe with security in the building. The neighborhood is nice. The day of check out we walked around and ate at a local restaurants. We definitely will be back and recommend!
