Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, and we will not hesitate to return if possible.

We have often stayed in Nantes, but we have never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. We recommend++

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (provision of towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety
