Holiday rentals with a patio in Locos Beach

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was excellent, we felt at home, you have all the amenities. We have enjoyed it very much, it is a very nice house😍. Joaquin responds to your messages very quickly and has been very kind.

very nice and clean apartment, excellent location, close to the beach, with restaurants and where to shop next door, and what I like most, you don't worry about not knowing where to leave the car, it has parking. The host is very nice and responds quickly if you write to him, overall the place was a very good decision

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderfully bright and modern apartment with convenient layout and a nice terrace on the street side. Beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and there is plenty of wardrobe space. You will have a private parking space in the parking garage. Rafal and Irina are amazing hosts. Pleasant communication and check in and check out went very smoothly. Recommended.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Rudolf’s apartment was very beautiful and very peaceful. Great location and so close to the beach. Lovely restaurants near by. Rudolf kept in touch to make sure everything was okay for us. Inna was waiting for us to let us in and explain everything. Thank you 😊

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

Comfortable villa flexible check in with host Very clean and up to date Perfect relaxing stay

We had a lovely experience booking this place for remote work. Dominika and her mom were very supportive, responded promptly and helped with all of our questions. The place was clean, had a lot of space and all of the essentials we needed (even snacks, so the attention to detail was very nice). They provided bikes, which were really helpful as we got around the town quite fast (10-15 mins until the beach, gym or mall). There are 2 bus stations really close (1 min away) for the bus going to Torrevieja (which is 1.6 euros for the ride). The supermarket is 5 mins away and there are a lot of activities (padel, tennis) close by too. The pool was really nice as well and the neighbourhood is really peaceful. We recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Los Altos! Thank you for everything, Dominika! ❤️

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

A really fab find when looking for a last minute getaway with the family. The house had EVERYTHING you could possibly need Proper coffee machine, dishwasher, kids bits.. The list goes on. Really clean and well kept grounds. The balcony from the main bedroom was a particular tanning fave spot for me, and dinner on the terrace below was wonderful. Pool was very clean and the residents/neighbours who we past were very friendly. Walking distance to a great size park, skate park and even a small water park. Will defo look to return in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house! Everything was very clean, well equipped and just like in the pictures. The location was quiet and ideal for excursions in the area. The check-in was straightforward and the communication was great. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation – we will be happy to come back!

Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

Everything was great! 👍🏻 Very clean, cozy and beautiful, close to the beach, nice host. The only remark - if you are looking for a very quiet place where you can disconnect from the "city" in nature, keep in mind that behind the house there is a highway from which the noise of cars can be heard. This place definitely deserves a high rating.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space with three separate bedrooms. The en-suite bathroom was very useful to have. Loads of space. Daniel and his son were very welcoming and quick to respond to any queries. Lots of on street parking about within a short walk. Very close to the beach and restaurants and shops.

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

The apartment matches the photos and the description, very clean

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We stayed there with friends at Javier's apartment The apartment is very nice and good location I recommend 👍

Nothing to say very nice stay to do again next year, everything available to share superb place
