Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Locos Beach

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really good stay. The place is lovely well equipped felt like at home. Location is great too walkable distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets. Nice walk to the beautiful beach. Nice outdoor private area with jacuzzi. We also hired a car from the host which was so convenient. We would definately recommend this place

The hostess is very kind and very attentive answering messages. The house is very nice and faithful to the pictures. The truth that we felt right at home. We have not had any problems of any kind. It's the second time I've been and I'd go again.

The house and the garden are very clean, tidy and functional. Exactly the same as in the pictures. The house block is very nice to close off completely with a fence so that no strangers walk around, only residents. The house is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket, roads and the airport, but you won't hear from that! The host always responds and really quick, kind and helpful. The courtyard garden is great for children, everything is neat and tidy there too. We have enjoyed this large and spacious house, everything easy to keep clean too. The Spanish hospitality was also very pleasant. All in all recommended, you get a lot for your money.

The cottage is amazing with all the luxury of details, nothing is missing. It's in front of the beach and my dog was delighted.

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the villa at Casa Mila, and it was a delightful experience. The villa's layout is comfortable and perfect for families or groups of friends. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful surroundings, including the pool and the fruit tree garden. Every morning, we enjoyed picking and juicing fresh oranges and lemons, which added a special touch to our vacation. The location of the villa is ideal. It is situated in a quiet area with a charming Spanish feel, yet it is still within a 15-minute drive to the lovely beaches of Santa Pola which offers good restaurants, making it a great place to visit for a day trip. Valverde, the area where the villa is located, is small and quiet. However, it is important to note that the supermarket and restaurant hours are limited, so it's a good idea to check their opening times in advance. The villa is its peaceful location and the authentic Spanish atmosphere. Hosts are excellent at communication

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

The villa is truly amazing and value for money. It was clean and perfect and had everything we needed. I have no complaints at all about the villa itself and would highly recommend booking it. The only negative I have is that I had read some reviews prior to booking about hidden charges so before I booked I messaged and confirmed that the price I was paying included everything and there were no further charges which was confirmed. Then two weeks prior I was asked for 445 euros for bedding towels and electric. I disputed this and was really unhappy and eventually the charge was waived. I was also asked for a 300 euro deposit the week before which I also did not pay. As states the villa is immaculate, the beds comfy the kitchen has everything you need and it is beautiful but please enquire first about charges as if we were forced to pay these late on we would have cancelled. Other than that small issue I couldn’t recommend the place itself. It’s a beautiful location.

The stay was great, 100% recommended if you want to disconnect, relax and the impressive jacuzzi, mission accomplished for a few days of retreat, everything was fantastic, 🫂
