Cozy and Comfortable, great Spring destination!

This house is an old model, but it is a cozy comfortable house and will everything you need for your stay. In Brownsburg it's only minutes from the Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Raceway. There is plenty of entertainment and food options within driving distance and a couple you can walk to. I have wifi and streaming with a Fire Stick available on the TV. I do not have cable. I have Netflix, Disney, HBO. Feel free to bring your own Streaming Devices to access your own shows.

A room with view - great location

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. We needed a last minute stay close to Danville and Jane's place happened to be available. She was quick to reply to my first inquiry, and continued to communicate clearly and help our plan come together seamlessly. She and her husband were so kind, accommodating, and welcoming - just the loveliest people all around! They have created such a beautiful and peaceful retreat -the grounds of their home in general and specifically the rental unit. You can tell they put a lot of effort and care into what they do. It was unfortunately raining the whole time we were there, but would love to go back and enjoy the sitting area on the deck right off of the bedroom where you can appreciate their gorgeous backyard, admire the koi fish, and if you're lucky see the cutest giant teddy bear of a dog Max run around. Would definitely stay again!

Amy’s place was a perfect stay and had lots of nice touches: Full sized towels, throw blankets! Actual potholders so that the kitchen was usable. Clean and comfortable. Felt like being at home. The complex pool and amenities are really nice and the area was safe and conveniently located. Time your entrances and exits (or just go South) bc when the church traffic lets out, it’s a bear. 10/10 will stay again.

very responsive. beautiful home. the shower is amazing! and being able to secure my vehicle in the garage is a huge plus. Very safe, beautiful home. if we ever need to stay in this area again...I will definitely look into this home again!
