The apartment corresponds to the listing and the photos. Good equipment of the kitchen, everything clean, fantastic panoramic view of the village and mountains. We are very satisfied.

We were very excited about the apartment! Great location and quiet, the amenities leave nothing to be desired and we love the place Scuol anyway. A big plus for us was the swimming pool, which we used after every hike. Thank you Julia and Christian for the great stay!

Pros: lifts; possibility of internal parking; well equipped, clean and tidy apartment; great access to the slopes (back exit about 10 steps from the apartment); balcony with amazing views Cons: mainly soft mattresses and grates in the beds (very uncomfortable), we had to end up putting mattresses on the floor; missing wifi; it would be good to have socket adapters right in the apartment; lowered ceiling in the sleeping area, but for sleeping enough, and Fulvia states this in the apartment description

The apartment was quite comfortable and had more than enough plates, glasses, cooking pots, utensils and towels. The stove was a bit old perhaps but usable. Otherwise everything worked fine and we were quite pleased. It might be easier to have a car as it is a bit away from stores, etc however we did not and it was no problem to walk. There is also a small bakery close by which is helpful. The view from the apartment is great - both up and down the Engadine valley - and it is very quiet and peaceful. All in all we enjoyed our time there very much.

Very nice and well-maintained structure. We stayed in the Violetta apartment, small but functional with a balcony with a splendid view! I'd love to go back!

Great appartement, close to the Jakobshorn Ski-Lift. Nice location with afternoon sun on the balcony. All facilities are close by (train station, shops, super market, ski bus stop). Complete kitchen with good aplliances and kitchen tools.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Everything was well organized, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Celeste was kind, helpful, and made sure I had all the information I needed. A special thanks for the baby cot — it made a big difference for our comfort. I truly felt at home, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended

We had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable with spectacular views. Great location for those who want to have some peace but still be close to the center (5 min walk). Mary was very nice. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place that finally looks more spacious than in the photos. Very nice decoration and quality of the materials. Very clean, I recommend it without hesitation with the immediate proximity to the alpine ski slopes (for cross-country skiing is a 15-minute walk away). Communication with Barbara always available was easy.

Our stay was great, and had an amazing time! Hot tub, sauna, and pool were all great. Beautiful views and felt private.

Renate is a great hostess. We were 8 adults and felt very comfortable in the house. The bedrooms are well laid out and the open kitchen with living room is well equipped and also offers a lot of cozy seating. For us, the hotpot and the outdoor sauna were also a highlight. This place is an absolute gem! It's a lovely excursion into luxury and class while also leaving you feeling relaxed and comfortable. The hot tub and sauna room really makes this place stand out! The bed was comfortable and so was the couch in the living room. It has a HUGE TV for your down time relaxing between dips in the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked, easy to use and lovely for both take out and home cooking. The place was really easy to find and in a tiny neighborhood close to all of the Lake Garda and Ledro attractions while also isolated for peace. There's a cow farm 300 meters away to get your fresh dairy from and 2 close grocery stores. The closest being a 1 min drive, you pass on the way into the property. All of the appliances are new and the place has clearly recently been remodeled. No expense was spared on this design. Book it! It's worth it!

Cozy, cozy, modern - a beautiful apartment over several floors in a residential area at the lower end of Scuol. The village center is easily accessible on foot. The bus stop that leads to the gondola lift is just one minute walk from the apartment. Bus is free. The apartment is fun if there were not the terrifying house rules.

We had an amazing stay at Tim’s property! The location is perfect for a family holiday and the house has a lot of amenities for all ages. We will for sure come back!

We are thrilled with this spacious, tastefully decorated accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large, very well-equipped kitchen, which really invites you to cook and bake, and the large, airy bright cooking, dining and living room, through whose large windows you can let the view wander wonderfully into the mountains and the beautiful nearby surroundings. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer.
