I absolutely loved my stay here! The place is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, it was super convenient, with bakeries and grocery shops just a short and easy walk away. I’d love to come back again.

We stayed at Maria Luisa's for 3 days during the Christmas holidays. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sheltered location with beautiful mountain views. Maria Luisa was always responsive in times of need. The only advice, given the somewhat rough road to get there, is to save the location on the navigator. Definitely recommended to everyone.

We (family of 2 adults, 2 children aged 11+13) had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. The location was perfect, everything was easily accessible. We came from Valais to Hansjörg for ski races at the Rinerhorn. The location was perfect because it was very close to the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes to Davos Platz. We very much enjoyed the calm and the setting in the heart of nature. Hansjörg is very friendly and took the time to chat with us, moreover he always responded to messages very quickly. We would not hesitate to return to their place. Droux family

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very kind to give us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, whose rushing did not disturb us. We did a lot of hiking from the house, and we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so as not to have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we had fired up the stove with the available firewood and brought the sauna to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may have to look for another place. Network and thus also the WLAN were not always available. We didn't mind.

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

The apartment was super clean! A beautiful smell greeted us at the entrance. Everything perfectly thought out and finished with the smallest details. Towels beautifully tied with a ribbon in packages. All the necessary accessories, hotel slippers, etc. Very impressed! Very nice people and a place worth recommending!!!

Very special place, we enjoyed every minute of it! This view on the lake and montains was unique. The house was beautiful and very comfortabel.

Our family of 8 adults spent a great week at Roberto's villa. Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there was so much to do in this house and around the area. When we arrived verything was very clean and Roberto was very flexible and full of trust towards new guests. Plus, he was always available for questions and provided helpful recommendations & gifts of hospitality (the cherry on top of the stay). If you are looking for a place full of ammenities and opportunities to enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's accommodation! Everything was absolutely clean, lovingly furnished and incredibly cozy – you immediately felt comfortable. We lacked nothing, every detail was really thought of. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, exactly what we needed. Thank you, Alessandro – we'd love to come back!

I don’t even know where to start, Rafael is such an amazing host, super friendly, super good vibes, super smiley, very welcoming he makes you feel at home. He speaks real good English he did a house tour explaining everything, even got us some delicious homemade tiramisu. We were free to pretty much do whatever we wanted, the sauna was real nice, played loads of ping pong, went out for a nice bike ride around the lake with the nice and light bikes Rafael had at our disposition. I mean I don’t know what else to say except that you will have an amazing time and will be welcomed like you are part of the family.

We (2 adults, 1 baby + dog) spent 14 days in this fantastic bungalow and we were sad when we had to leave. Gemma was an all-around perfect hostess. We felt in good hands and "at home" from the first second. I have never experienced such a warm relationship before. Helpful with each of our concerns. The surroundings are absolutely amazing, every athlete's heart will get its money's worth here! There are endless cycling and hiking trails. We will definitely not have been there for the last time. It was a wonderful stay in every respect and, combined with these nice people, the most beautiful vacation ever! Thank you, dear Gemma + Team!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!

We had an amazing time at Katja’s house! The apartment is new, with cozy interior design. The furniture is also new, making the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect—right next to Mottolino and very close to the bus station. It takes just a few minutes to reach the town center, and there’s even a bakery with fresh buns forthe breakfast just around the corner! Katja and her husband are fantastic hosts. They are always available, quick to respond to any questions, and full of great tips to make your stay even better(restaurant, ski rent or ski-school). In case of any issues, they are there to help and find the best solutions. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back soon! :)

The suite is incredible, so well made with beautiful materials. The spa is great, as well as the terrace and home cinema. Great breakfast as well. We spent incredible few days here and can’t wait to come back! I fully recommend

We stayed in this beautiful 1600s cabin. It was a magical experience, thanks also to the location that offers a view of the entire valley. The road to get there is a little winding but absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment fully reflects the description! Strategic location for Livigno downtown, restaurants, gas station, bar, recycling and wonderful walks along the river. The living area is spacious and cute, nice terrace, 2 rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Absolutely nothing is missing, there is an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ski storage... in short, everything! Impeccable cleanliness! Host attentive to any need, kind and responds quickly. I highly recommend this place because, for our needs it was perfect. We will definitely be back!
