Nice and tidy place! Fast communication with the host!

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

Everything was reallly beautiful.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the landlord's series of pictures. A very nice large and clean apartment in a quiet location. We enjoyed the accommodation very much, everything is clean, you have plenty of space and the surroundings are also beautiful. The center is easily accessible. The contact with Sissy went smoothly and was pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

Pleasant for what little I stayed

Very convenient location in the center of Linz, the apartment itself is great, and communication with Astrid also worked well. All in all a clear recommendation!

Central location, cozy furnishings that now look a little unloving due to the many stays. Great view over Linz, super quiet location and yet fast in the city and on public transport. Communication also went great, Klaus responded quickly and accurately. Thank you!

Excellent stay at Christina's place. She's very welcoming, picked me up, gave me a tour of the studio. The space is very well used, as all necessities are cleverly packed. Very clean, quiet at night with the windows shut despite being in a busy neighborhood with lots of amenities. I recommend staying at Christina's place in Linz.

The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating for our late arrival. They were friendly, welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. The apartment was clean and modern with beautiful surroundings. The morning sunrise was a particular highlight. We will definitely come back again if we are around. Thank you guys

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

Full points - simply ideal. And then a small loving garden [with herbs] Full trust in the guests - that can only be appreciated.

I had an amazing stay at Isabella’s place. The location was great, close to the beautiful park, shops, train station, cathedral and the old town. The apartment itself is like it was described, spacious and sunny. The bed was pretty soft, but this is the way how I like, it so I had the most amazing sleep there! It’s also rather quiet inside despite the location. The apartment is extremely good equipped especially the kitchen, you will find here everything you need. Oh and the views are nice too :) Isabella is a very communicative and responsive host, carrying for her guests. She left some welcoming notes for me at the apartment - that is always appreciated. I recommend!
