Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Linz-Land District

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We have been here for the second time and everything was perfect again. You feel at home, everything you need is there and the view of the garden is beautiful.

We had a nice stay! If we are in the area again, we will stay longer to enjoy even more of all that this place has to offer!

Marion was very helpful with me receiving a DHL express delivery sent from our home town of Coldstream, British Columbia, Canada. 🇨🇦 She contacted me when the parcel arrived and even sent me pictures of an important document that was inside my parcel. This was super helpful. Thank you. 🤗

To say we were spoiled was an understatement. I've never had a host provide breakfast, and she left us Beer and traditional Schnapps too!! They were super accommodating and anytime we needed anything, they provided it. Will definitely stay again the next time we come to Stadl Paura. This was close to family and a great home away from home. Wonderful hosts!!

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

It was an amazing stay at a cozy place in a lovely location with a wonderful host. It's been 2nd time I've stayed at Monika's spaces. What can I say? She is the most welcoming, friendly and responsive host one can find. Looking forward to spending next year spring break at Monika's!

The apartment is great. We felt right at home. In the kitchen, it was really fun to cook and afterwards we could choose where we wanted to relax. Everything was exactly as described Sometimes, such beautifully photographed accommodations are a disappointment, because they are only superficially chic or extremely worn out - but that is definitely not the case here. It was very nice!

Amazing location with lots to do! Easy to get to the main train station to visit other areas of Austria. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean with a great view. Daniela was very responsive and easy to contact!

Very welcoming hosts, they were very charming with my little babies. They're so nice that they even gave us a little piece of cake. Impeccable, clean and peaceful accommodation. Everything was really nice, bathroom, kitchen, very comfortable bed! I recommend it without a second thought, thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Everything was great! Apartment is mega nice and Bojana is very friendly. It's exactly half way between Hungary and Switzerland – perfect for a stopover. .We will be back! :)

We arrived late, yet we were received very kindly. For the safety of our little baby, the owner made a grid with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we lacked nothing. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately we were not allowed at that time. Next time we go there, we'll go there without question. Beautiful appartement in the countryside and just 30 min drive to Linz. My son and I very much enjoyed staying at Gabriele's place, especially the quiet location, the lovely view out to the garden and that the appartement is sunny and well equipped, not to mention spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

The space was clean and functional. We only stayed one night, so we can't say anything about the kitchen. The bathroom was extremely modern. Only curtains and carpet would be great because the apartment is extremely clairaudient and sounding. Watching TV in the evening when someone is already going to bed is also difficult because there is no door in the bedroom. This has to be taken into account, but everything is fine.

We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful visit. The apartment was as described, clean and well located for our needs. Daniela was very accommodating and prompt in her communications. We’re hoping to be able to stay again later this year.
