Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find everything they could wish for here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun over breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, which features a pond and a barbecue area.

Triple Chalet

Built in 2018, the luxurious chalet is located on a sunny slope in the top row in the alpine village with the best panoramic views, 1,300 meters above sea level. It is only a "stone's throw" from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. On the outskirts of Steyrling is the apartment with space for 2 adults. The apartment is fully equipped, from washer-dryer, dishwasher, gas grill to hand blender, sauna... Steyrling is located in a quiet valley and is surrounded by mountains. 5 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows directly under the house. In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)
