Apartment holiday rentals in Linz-Land District

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts Birgit & Franz.

We had a wonderful visit. The apartment was as described, clean and well located for our needs. Daniela was very accommodating and prompt in her communications. We’re hoping to be able to stay again later this year.

We stayed for 2 nights with our children in the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well thought out. From high chair, children's dishes, fall-out protection to baking salads, salt pepper oil coffee capsules flour, etc. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We have nothing negative to say. We would come back again and again

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

I had an amazing stay at Isabella’s place. The location was great, close to the beautiful park, shops, train station, cathedral and the old town. The apartment itself is like it was described, spacious and sunny. The bed was pretty soft, but this is the way how I like, it so I had the most amazing sleep there! It’s also rather quiet inside despite the location. The apartment is extremely good equipped especially the kitchen, you will find here everything you need. Oh and the views are nice too :) Isabella is a very communicative and responsive host, carrying for her guests. She left some welcoming notes for me at the apartment - that is always appreciated. I recommend!

The apartment was very tasteful, new and modern furnishings. Everything was clean. Communication was smooth. The location of the place is perfect and central. Everything is great!!!

I needed a place to stay late at night at short notice and have become aware of Erwin's farm. The booking worked out super quickly and minutes later everything was sorted. Unfortunately, I was unable to explore the great quiet surroundings because eggs were available early in the morning. I had a very restful night and immediately felt comfortable

Amazing time at the great place that looked so cool, like every piece of furniture has its own story. Beautiful fireplace and the turn in dinning table into a pool table. We enjoyed pool games and we had a beautiful time at all. Location was also perfect for us as our staying in Linz was connected to a Linz Hafen. A big thank you to Wolfgang who is a great host, very cool, easy going and helpful! If our paths cross towards Linz again, this will again be our place

Very nice & quiet location, great communication + apartment for 4-6 people.

The place is clean. The host is very friendly. Everything worked out. It's everything you need for a short stay. The center of Bad Schallerbach is a 3-5 minute walk away. There is also a Billa and a Spar in the immediate vicinity, as well as an ATM. A clear recommendation for a short stay of up to 4 people. The only idea I have left: a bedside lamp in every bedroom would be great ;-) Otherwise everything is great!

We had a great weekend at Villa Traunseeblick. Herta, our host, graciously accepted our last minute booking. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed and had an amazing outdoor space to relax and enjoy views of the lake. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. The apartment is within walking distance to trails, the lake, town and the cable car. We had a wonderful time! Thanks Herta

Dreamy🤩 Tanja's apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished! Tanja is a super nice and attentive hostess! The apartment is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. The apartment is close to the city and very, very quiet! The individual rooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters to completely darken them. In the living room, there is a children's table with painting and toys and books for young and old, which was the highlight for my 2.5-year-old daughter. Tanja has not only lovingly furnished the apartment, but also provided it with many details. There were changing utensils, a night light and also bath additives and accessories for our daughter, fresh flowers were waiting for us at the dining table and in the kitchen... We felt super comfortable and at home from the beginning and can therefore recommend this accommodation and Tanja as a host, whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! 🌷 Thank you dear Tanja - we will be happy to come back!

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. Josefine is a very obliging host and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you Josefine 😃

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!

The apartment is large, has two balconies and is in a convenient location. The train station is 10-15 minutes by foot, and the main public transport stops are nearby. Magnificent views of the city and the mountains. The landlady was very nice and helpful.
