Spacious, beautiful apartment for families

Stunning Airbnb above the rooftops of Linz. Clean and well equipped. Communication with the very friendly hosts was impeccable. Highly recommended!

We have been able to use Martin's cottage for a few days, in one word AMAZING. everything you can think of is present and clean. beautiful quiet clean environment large garden present .plus point is you have quite a lot of privacy in the garden .the photos correspond to what it advertises. we will definitely come back, we recommend it to everyone if you want to stay in Linz for a few days, book the apartment 😉

We arrived late, yet we were received very kindly. For the safety of our little baby, the owner made a grid with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we lacked nothing. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately we were not allowed at that time. Next time we go there, we'll go there without question. Thank you for everything! We wish you much success!

We came with 4 adults, 2 children, 1 baby. The house was clean and modern. It was a large and spacious house. It was as shown in the pictures. Parking was easy. The host was kind. Thank you

The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Dreamy🤩 Tanja's apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished! Tanja is a super nice and attentive hostess! The apartment is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. The apartment is close to the city and very, very quiet! The individual rooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters to completely darken them. In the living room, there is a children's table with painting and toys and books for young and old, which was the highlight for my 2.5-year-old daughter. Tanja has not only lovingly furnished the apartment, but also provided it with many details. There were changing utensils, a night light and also bath additives and accessories for our daughter, fresh flowers were waiting for us at the dining table and in the kitchen... We felt super comfortable and at home from the beginning and can therefore recommend this accommodation and Tanja as a host, whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! 🌷 Thank you dear Tanja - we will be happy to come back!

We stayed with our friends for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The living room is much more beautiful than shown in the property pictures. :-) Lovely views all around. Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. Home was comfortable and clean and looked even better than in the photos! Sabina was easy to work with, responsive, and helpful. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. Grocery stores a 3 minute drive. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely!
