The place is super spacious, beautiful and as it appears in the photos. Where I stayed, there was nothing to cook with (pots), there was no microwave, and the kitchen was gas. But out of there, everything is fine, very quiet and you can walk to the black beach.

I have a rayes with Julio like 5 times and it’s the best place to stay in Pérez zeledon!! I will keep going there

This is a repeat stay for me here. It is a great location between Ojochal and Uvita, and a nice modern design and always very clean. Very spacious compared to many other places, and very private feeling. Another great stay, thank you.

We absolutely loved staying at Jan's place. Both Jan and Yoshi went above and beyond in answering any questions we had prior to arriving, including providing us a connection to book tours ahead of time. They were also flexible and kind when our plans changed a couple weeks before the trip, and we very much appreciated that. When there, they sent us lots of recommendations for beaches/restaurants, along with answering any questions we had promptly. The house was clean and the gardens were just stunning. With the private gate and location we felt safe staying there, and the possibility to lock valuables up in a safe was a great extra option. We loved being able to just walk a few steps to the beautiful beach even just to have our morning coffee by the water :) All in all, we would definitely recommend staying at Jan/Yoshi's place. The beautiful location combined with the responsive, helpful hosts made our trip so enjoyable. If ever in the location we would love to stay again!

I only stayed one night this time but could have spent many more nights here. A very nice place close to everything! This place is inpecably clean and fresh- the apartment as well as area. Comfy beds! The staff was highly communicative before arrival and very welcoming. I appreciated being able to keep my luggage stored after check out. Again: highly service minded staff. Lovely! Great apt near the beach. About a 5 min drive to cocles and 10 to Puerto Viejo. Great apt for a couple and dog. Extra sofa bed and outdoor area were nice perks!

Mangovilla was everything we hoped for and more. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and positive from start to finish, making everything super easy. The place itself is clean, charming, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back—highly recommended! 🌴🌞

I came for a yoga and meditation retreat. This was the perfect 1 bedroom home to base myself, kitchen to cook each day, nice hill to go for morning walking and hikes, large lounge and balcony to practice my morning yoga. Good internet to do my work at the computer. Good air conditioning to keep cool when in the house. Lizzet was always responsive and helpful. High recommend.

This is an awesome place to stay, rest and/or work. It feels and is a peaceful and quiet place where you will enjoy your vacation, the pool is very familiar, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and it is a fact that you will see very relaxed iguanas taking the sun <3. Dalma was very friendly and responsive... I'd love to be back again!

Above all it was excellent We were surprised to arrive and see such a beautiful, tidy, organized and clean place, the pool is quite deep (about 1.70cm since I measure 1.47 and did not reach the bottom) Which is quite comfortable to swim at ease and dive for a while, the kitchen is very well equipped⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ With Victor I did not have to wait 2 minutes for him to respond, he always gave with the result of my inquiries, and Gabriela undoubtedly to some very kind and attentive to our needs, the place is just as in the photos, close to beaches and the place is very quiet to take a walk, go to eat, beach and even waterfalls(10 minutes by car) I recommend it quite a bit, in short we will come back some day⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely hosts in a modern condo, comfy bed.

In the complex there are four very well-equipped residential units that are very close to each other and all have outdoor kitchens. Our place was very clean, also the outdoor area was very well maintained (in front of the units + pool). You should be aware that - especially when the adjacent times are also occupied - it can be a little livelier. About the host: Gerardo is extremely nice, helpful and available at any time. If something was needed, he was always available within a very short time with a response or a solution. In addition, you can organize excursions directly with him. We recommend the place.

Good accommodation in a quiet area of Puerto Viejo, 5 minutes by car from downtown. We travel with family 4 people and stayed in one of the casitas they have with kitchen and bunk bed. Spacious and comfy stay. As shown in the photos. Cozy common area and very clean pool. The manager Giacomo was very nice and always attentive. Highly recommended.

The rooms are very big and great for groups of people. Steps from the beach, pool, tennis court, super chill people. Next door to Banana Azul beach club so you can hang there and use their services as well.

We enjoyed our time in Uvita! The space was comfortable! Marlène was prompt in responding! The pool was fabulous after our adventures on hot days! The location was great! 15 minute casual walk to Marina Ballena National Park (The Whale’s Tail)! I would definitely stay here again when in the area!
