A friend and I stayed at this location for a concert and it was the perfect space for two people. Clean and cozy. AC and ceiling fan also, which allows airflow through our. Parking on site is a little snug but still manageable to get in and out of. Check and check out went smoothly!

Robert was an attentive and responsive host and his place was as described — a wonderfully rustic and private. My partner Kyle and I had a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful, inviting atmosphere. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, making it feel like a true home away from home. The living space is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bedrooms were cozy, clean, and plush—perfect for restful nights after days spent exploring the beach or lounging in the sun. Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk from the house—pristine, quiet, and ideal for swimming, strolling, or simply soaking up the sun. What a great stay ! Robert is fantastic, welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay! My son wanted to play his guitar and needed a few strings Robert went above and beyond by having those strings and giving them to him, such a thoughtful gesture. Place is great has everything you need! Turn the AC on and the provided fans and it’s plenty cool enough. Backyard pool is beautiful! Would definitely recommend this to friends and would love to stay again!

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds and furniture were comfortable and space was ample. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the bay. The outdoor facilities were wonderful and very peaceful, the view is wonderful. It is a short train ride to the city and car ride to Jones Beach. John is a wonderful host. Thank you for sharing it with us.

One of the best AirBnBs we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at many! Our host was super friendly, very responsive and helpful. We had some welcome treats which were greatly appreciated. The house is really well renovated and decorated, and it's very comfortable for a family of 4 (I suspect you could be comfortable with 6 people). The backyard and especially the pool is really beautiful and we spent hours enjoying the pool. We also loved that we could walk 5-7 minutes into town to explore the cute few local shops/restaurants. Smith Point Beach was an easy 20 minute drive away, and there's lots of things to do within a half hour drive. Overall, we would likely come back to Bellport specifically so we can stay at this place. Highly recommended!

Adorable place just enough space for our needs, open floor plan, clean and accommodating. Our dogs loved it, thankful to have a space that we didnt have to worry about their safety while on vacation with us. Host was informative and responsive. A 20 minute drive to Jones Beach. Quiet, pristine neighborhood. Highly recommend if traveling with your four legged kids!

Super clean and cute. Upgrades galore. From the bathroom sink to the shower design it was really pretty. Easily temperature controlled and I felt safe in the location too. Private yard space was perfect and walking distance to mamas delicious food. Definitely recommend for a couple or one traveler. Felt like home away from home for a few days.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a few minutes walk to the beach. The home came stocked with everything we needed, plus thoughtful extras like beach passes, and complimentary coffee and sweets. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including plenty of cookware, utensils, and basic pantry items, which made meals super easy. Also really enjoyed the fire pit and BBQ, which made for some great evenings. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub, and there was more than enough space for them to hang out and enjoy themselves. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and incredibly thoughtful. If you’re planning a trip to Long Beach, I’d highly recommend booking this place. We’ll definitely be staying here again for future trips! :)

Jenna and Ed were great hosts, they even helped us bring our stuff inside! Very communicative and checked in on us with great recommendations! We would definitely book with them again. The apartment is a super cozy but spacious basement apartment with a family living upstairs. Sometimes we could hear kids running around upstairs but we didn’t mind it much at all! Was perfect for the 4 of us having a girls trip. We spent some time out and binged watched shows/movie nights in the living room. Lots of mirrors so none of us were fighting for a mirror while trying to get ready and very comfortable seating in the living room for our movie nights! We loved our stay, it was a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants were not too far away. If you find a good parking spot, keep it!
