The penthouse itself is even more stunning than the photos! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless—with two large terraces offering breathtaking views of the Umbrian hills. Watching the sunset from the rooftop with a glass of wine was pure magic. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax, cook, and enjoy the peaceful countryside. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities—full kitchen, comfy beds, air conditioning. in one room, and easy, free parking. And the location made it effortless to explore nearby gems. Very nice apartment, new furniture and fully equipped, clean in all parts. The balcony is delightful and it is pleasant to have breakfast there in the morning. It is easy to find parking, and if you can't find it, a garage is available for the apartment. Elsa and her husband are always available and give advice on places to visit. Recommended

The apartment is wonderful and with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Truly perfect!
