Very nice and very clean place. Terrace great mountain and sea view. Quiet and easy to access. Six beautiful places are a stone's throw away.

What a place! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning – and to top it off, the host was so welcoming and friendly, offering great local recommendations. Giovanni was incredibly accommodating and even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We had a fantastic time! Location-wise, it's excellent – close to the beach and other attractions. The studio has everything you need for a couple. Thank you again, Giovanni and Luisa!

Rosella is a very nice host and it's been very easy to communicate with her! the apartment is nicely located just across the street from the sea and it's been very clean. but one should be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and due to high ceilings, this means 85 stairs to be climbed up. the picture from the rooftop terrace is misleading, since that terrace is private and cannot be used. the balcony that belongs to the apartment is also nice and has some sea view from one corner, but not comparable to the rooftop terrace. and there is only one sleeping room (not two) and a bed sofa in the living room. as previously described, the windows are very small and you can't look out of the apartment. it's no problem when the weather is nice, but may become dark during a rainy day.

I had a great time in Gaia's house, impeccable cleanliness both in terms of the rooms and the linens, very clean and fragrant. The house has everything, up to the mosquito nets on the windows (very useful in seaside places but not so common) I regenerated :) Particularly noteworthy: the bed. I suffer from insomnia and I slept wonderfully. A car is needed for the surroundings such as Santa Maria and Catellabate (which is worth it!). The house is in a very quiet location, surrounded by a beautiful garden that the owners take care of with attention. If you want to walk, you can also walk to San Marco via a pedestrian path, in about an hour. A stone's throw (not even 5 minutes) from the pier of Punta Licosa overlooking the island (try it at sunset!). In Ogliastro, Santa Maria and San Marco the sandy beach. The sea is a breathtaking wonder. And then my host on this vacation: nothing short of fantastic! Thank you for everything Gaia, I'll definitely be back :)
