Absolutely beautiful little place. Spotless, cosy, very peaceful - loved the fireplace. We appreciated the bread and butter, jams, and little present for my partners birthday. Sarah also let us have a late checkout which was much appreciated. Fantastic location 5 minutes from great restaurants and supermarket, 10 mins from Launceston. We will absolutely stay again.

Wow! Waking up to those views were breathtaking. We loved our stay and the house was so well equipped and very spacious. The access to the house was steep but worth it for stunning views. Lovely local wineries to visit and Holm Oak was a stand out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our surroundings and the comfort of the unit, with all the little extra touches to make us feel welcome. The homemade biscuits went down a treat! Kym was super friendly and helpful at all stages. We'd definitely stay again!

stunning views, the most comfortable lounges to watch the view, full amenities and very comfy beds. the chickens visiting for some food was such a highlight for the kids. great location to Launceston as well as close to local vineyards
