This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

Scott house was amazing we loved it and it was as he described in Airbnb, he was soo nice and last night I asked if he had a hairdryer which he did not and within minutes we got a hairdryer to use .. he was very easy to communicate with and I will definitely rent this place again when we have soccer in overland as it was close to garmin soccer and scheel soccer.. thank you Scott

We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

This home was perfect to get our family together under one roof. It had plenty of space for all of us, and the grandkids absolutely loved the pool ! It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a park and other amenities nearby.

Great location! Close to restaurants. We were there for a wedding. Super cute quirky older home. Lots of stairs. Three beds and two bathrooms. The main floor bathroom is a clawfoot tub. Coffee was provided. Linens and towels. Easy check in and out.

I had a great stay at this bungalow! It has all the amenities needed for a safe, cozy, and comfortable stay. It’s also a really nice looking little place. Easy to get to everything in Eudora, yet secluded enough for quietude. Very simple to keep clean and organized! I’m grateful for Melissa and this awesome little place! Easy parking access through the alley in the back! I could back my car easily to the porch to load and unload my stuff. This was so much nicer than my hotel stays in the past!

Stay here! I was in Lawrence for a week doing a program at KU. The cottage is a classic behind-the-house above-garage gem in a beautiful neighborhood of big Victorians and cobblestone style streets. You can also walk easily from this spot to downtown with its many great restaurants and cultural events. About a 30 minute pleasant walk to KU. I loved chatting with Mark and Suzie. They even called me after they found my book light in the bedding after I left! Why this place is great: parking in the alley next to the apartment; well-equipped, cute kitchen; AC and fans; ironing board and iron; blow dryer; Magic Bullet; tasteful leather furniture; sunny inside; sweet hosts with deep ties to the community. Pro tips: bring a sleep mask in the summer, go to Wheatfields for coffee and the Bourgeois Pig for other beverages! Keep the AC on when you leave if it’s going to be a hot Kansas day — heat does, in fact, rise! Can’t wait to return. This place was even nicer than the pics!

Came for softball but had the best time relaxing. The neighborhood was beautiful and so peaceful with birds, rabbits, and even a raccoon roaming around. We enjoyed seeing parts of KU campus during our rain delay and the porch was the best place to be for the weather. Everything was clean and roomy for our family and the decor was fun to look at. Our Cornhusker hearts started singing Rock Chalk for a second.

We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. There was not a single issue before, during or after our stay.

Wow!! This Airbnb was one of the best we have stayed at! Fully stocked with snacks, coffee, bottled water, toothbrush/toothpaste, mouth wash, makeup remover, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and more!! We all slept great, extremely quiet. There’s a movie theater room we didn’t have time to enjoy but hope to get the chance to when we stay again. Extremely clean which is a huge priority for us. Love this house!

We stayed here with our 18 month old and my sister in laws family who have a two year old, and it was perfect for us! Noise machines in every bedroom so the trains didn’t wake up the little ones during nap time, deep couches for morning snuggles, and walking distance to two playgrounds. It didn’t hurt that we were only two blocks away from my father in law, who we were visiting to celebrate his 80th birthday. Overall it was a lovely visit.

This house is adorable and the property is beautiful! It’s super close to Lawrence but also secluded. My only remark is that the basement is concrete flooring but there are huge plush rugs so it’s very cozy and comfortable. Just something to keep in mind when assigning bedrooms. There are also lots of stairs. Highly recommend this Airbnb! Well stocked but not cluttered. Nicely decorated but again not too much.

We had an amazing stay at Renee’s house. A beautiful, spotless historic home with everything we needed and lots of space for our family. The location is ideal to walk to restaurants. Easy parking. Hope to come back!

Amazing place! There was plenty of room for all of our family for my daughter’s KU graduation. Lots of great details and Victoria is extremely responsive and accommodating! One of the best we’ve stayed…thank you!

The house was perfect for our gathering. Everyone enjoyed their own comfy bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep and the living spaces were comfortable and accommodated our every need. This is a beautiful historic home that held the 7 of us comfortably. We had a wonderful weekend and this house was a contributing factor.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Dani’s home. The house is as described in the photos, spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is just beyond the city, peaceful while only a less than 10 minute drive to anything you may need. Dani was a kind and communicative host. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again anytime we’re in Lawrence.
