The space is fantastic with a great dining room and nice yard. The natural light in the house and character of the home make it a fantastic option.

The place was clean, tidy and very comfortable. It met our needs while in the area for my son the race in the Unbound Gravel race.

Summer's place was great. Extremely clean, was in a great neighborhood, and accommodated us perfect!

The house was exactly what this weary traveler needed. Great bed and Spectacular Shower Pressure made for an extra comfortable stay. The snacks and morning coffee you provided were very much appreciated. Don’t be scared off by location of train tracks. Once inside it’s a peaceful home away from home. Bravo 5 Stars.

Very unique property. Great location. Although not walkable, a short drive and we were visiting the areas we had on our itinerary.The property was very unique, great attention was given to every detail. Robbin was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Roberta's place was a perfect location for us. Close enough to Topeka and other attractions but far enough away to feel peaceful. The lake views were incredible in the morning.

We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

Our stay here was beyond excellent. John and Cora are so personable, helpful, friendly and accommodating that we can’t recommend this property and these hosts enough. We had two nights booked but found out a few days before our check-in that we needed to be in KC a day early. Cora and John allowed us to book that extra, earlier day and helped us with getting in and answered all our questions. The pool looked so inviting but we didn’t have a chance to swim this time. The location is a little piece of paradise. It was so quiet and private but close to everything. We loved the size of the casa as it felt safe and cozy, with all the needed amenities. Loved the washer and dryer so we could get a jump on laundry, as well as the full kitchen. The shower was great and water was hot. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in and so restful. The casa was clean and the towels were so fluffy and absorbent, no raggedy cast-offs here! The house was well stocked with all items. A+ Thank u

We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with Andrea was easy and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We have stayed here before. It is a very handy location for getting to town and visiting with family in town. I love that it is very private and we have room to spread out. Any time I have texted Staci, she has responded right away. So glad to have found this place to stay!

I loved this place, there was an issue with the bed frame, I texted with the host Molly, she hopped to it and replaced it that day and I was sleeping in a new bed that night! The parking space is private in the back of the building. I felt very comfortable and the place was VERY clean. Thank you again for the wonderful place to stay. I recommend the BBQ in town, it’s the only one, but really good!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Space was great for my family and the property very clean. We enjoyed the easy access to the walking trail and the convenience of grabbing a coffee and burrito from downstairs. Train noise was the only complaint, but we knew that during booking. Next time if we make another stay, we will bring an air purifier to help with some white noise. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Casey was responsive and ensured we were prepared upon arrival and clear expectation for check out. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Kim has a nice house to rent. She was very responsive to help with a problem during our stay, even bringing by some treats. She was flexible with check in and out times. The only thing I would mention is to be sure renters are aware that the stairs going to the master are old and have a sharp turn at the top section. Thanks Kim

We attended a wedding at Apple Lane and this cottage was the perfect spot for my son and I! It was only about an 8 to ten minute drive to the venue .

We had an excellent visit! This is our second time at the house and it’s absolutely beautiful! The views are stunning and the layout is great. We hope to return.
