Stone Schoolhouse -1864 History & Modern combined!Yarnold School was first built in 1864 and sits on a small acreage with a distant view of Clinton Lake. This wonderful piece of history was rebuilt in the 1940's after a fire. It was a Roosevelt New Deal W.P.A. project. Thick limestone walls make the inside quiet beyond belief! The inside has been completely redone so you will have modern amenities while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. Lots of windows so you can enjoy this quiet, sun drenched space.

Adorable little house, close to KU and downtown!The little house is a cozy, comfortable private house, decorated with collected vintage pieces. The little house is a private, separate house, with its own entry and parking. It is a ten-minute walk south to the KU stadium, and a ten-minute walk to lovely downtown Lawrence. The little house is perfect for a single person or couple! PLEASE NOTE: we recently had extensive foundation work done. The outside area will be pretty rough until early spring of 2021.
