Christina's studio is our favorite place to stay when we visit our son and his family. Christina is a terrific host. The location is perfect. It is close to beaches, trails, restaurants, stores, and our grandkids! The studio is clean, comfortable, and a great place to return to after an active day! We look forward to our future visits.

I booked this place for my family visiting the area. Place was very clean and stocked with essentials. Huge plus having a washer and dryer to utilize! This home is very cozy and nicely decorated. Yuri's communication was excellent as well! Shoutout to the neighbor as well that took the trash bin and recycle bin to the curb too! This home is in a great location for a beach stay as it is not far from the Nokomis public beach. Highly recommend for the price!!!

We loved our stay at David’s home. It was modern, beautiful and very clean. Close to great restaurants and Nokomis beach but in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. He even had toys there which was a blessing for our toddler. We would love to come back!

If there was an option for more stars, that's the rating I'd give. This place is incredible! Comfortable, all amenities in the house ready for us, friendly and welcoming neighbours, the area is close to everything you could want to do or see, that salt water pool was the icing on the cake! The host couldn't have done anything more to make the stay better. Proactive even with stuff to do in the area, and letting us know when the landscapers, pool cleaners were coming (neither were intrusive). Beaches were super close. Venice shopping was incredible. RECOMMEND! RECOMMEND! This is the place to stay when in Florida!
