Ivan was attentive at all times, he gave us many directions for parking options to leave the car, when we arrived he picked us up and accompanied us to the apartment. Very attentive during the stay. The apartment is totally downtown. Very happy, we'll repeat for sure.

Lucia's place was clean, comfortable, quiet and in a great location for walking into the historic area of Toledo which we loved. Fabulous instructions on where to park and how to find and access the apartment. Lucia was really responsive to any requests. Great place and we would definitely stay there again.
