We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. The apartment is a pleasant walk to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre and museum. The apartment has its own patio surrounded by fruit trees. This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One well behaved, small dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee. Please contact the owner before booking with a pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.

I reside on the premises. Guests enter through the front door of the house. Just a few steps down to the garden level is a private space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like laundry, kitchenette, 3/4 bath. There’s no TV but good but good WiFi and a gas fireplace. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9PM

Taller guests should keep in mind the walls are slanted so you may need to watch your head through the hallway.
