Monthly Rentals in Lapu-Lapu City

Good for both short and long term stay. There is hot water, good wifi, the oven was a gem in the appartment, I appreciated it so much. There is a big pool, I didn't have a chance to use it, but looked nice.

Its my 2nd time with the host. She’s easy to deal with and easy to communicate. We kinda had a problem with the lock but when I messaged the host, she responded quickly in what to do. We enjoyed our stay!

She is always responsive and the house is clean and comfortable. I had a great time this time too.

Super worth it! The unit is great. It’s clean and cozy so we had a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The place is also just a few minutes drive from the airport. The terminal for public transpo is just a few minutes walk from the place so it’s a plus for those planning to go around the city and opting to commute. Wifi connection was stable even during rainy hours. Host is very accommodating. She gave us clear instructions and she checked on us from time to time if we’re okay. She’s really kind and thoughtful and we did not have any problem communicating with her. Thank you Ms. Kpp for letting us stay in your place!
