Hosts were very responsive. The place was spacious and just right for us and our fur baby. It has a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.

The place is very clean. Mrs Embra is also very accommodating. She patiently waited for us to arrive. Our flight was moved but she was there to welcome us despite the delay. She is very professional. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The Unit was ideal for any kind of trip - great Wi-Fi, a comfortable space, and a quiet neighborhood. Jhovy was very accommodating with my early check-in request, while Angel (co-host) was incredibly responsive to my needs. Went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay at Evangeline's. We ended up staying longer than we had originally booked for. The internet was fast and reliable. We both work online so it was important to have good internet. There is a pool on the rooftop and a gym. It is a good place especially for a longer stay as there is a full kitchen and washer.

The apartment was super clean, cozy vibes and has very good lighting. Highly recommended !!!

The room was clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor. Vincent was very responsive, polite and very helpful. I highly recommend this place especially for someone who loves to cook their own dish, you will find everything you need here. It feels like home. This place is awesome…!!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout even we check-in late. The co-host was very approachable too. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was very easy to communicate. We arrived to Cebu late after midnight and still managed to easily get in the house, since the host prepared the key and handed it to a guard that guards all area with houses. House was already prepared and all AC’s were running by our arrival which is amazing act of service, since it’s hot outside. House had necessities like cups, kettle, blankets and pillows, and free parking in front of house. The village itself is very safe since is guarded and surrounded by wall. Thank you for amazing stay.

The unit was worth the money I paid for. The owners' father was so accommodating to my family and I. Proactive in communicating with us. If you want a home away from home then I recommend this place. P.S. if you're planning to bring your car then let them know ahead of time so the owner can communicate to his father to get you a parking slot reservation.

The place is very new. It's clean. The bed is comfy. Hot shower works. Aircon is good. I had a really nice stay overall. Will be back again!

thank you Joanie! your place is very convenient, easy to locate and accessible, even to the airport. it's located in front of SM City and a bus terminal going to the airport. We had a good view from the balcony and the kids enjoyed the room. it's best for both single persons and families to consider instead of staying at a hotel. Joanie even provided drinking water and saved us hassle of buying over priced water at the mall. she often replied and even offered to help look for add places for our friends to rent. thank you and we hope to stay with you again.

We had a wonderful experience at your Airbnb unit in Amani Grand Resort. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. Our flight was cancelled to Siargao Island from Cebu, and we needed accommodation for that night. We booked this place to secure a place on short notice and Babe was very responsive and helpful. This place has a decent view and the apartment comes with modern kitchen and washing machine/dryer. The place is well air-conned which is nice. We also had access to a gym and the infinity pool which was awesome and much neede dafter our day. Location couldn't be any better, with the apartment located smack in the middle of Mactan Newtown with coffee, supermarket, pharmacy and many eateries available close by. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

The location is great, had a nice rooftop and decent gym area, I enjoyed the space and the internet was fast, the AC worked great, the couch is completely soft with no wood so if your large, you cannot sit on it without falling into it, the complex has a roach problem, it's not particular to the unit, they were spraying more frequently before I left. There was a laundry service a short walk away and a place where you could get your drinking water. The shower heater was fine and it has a full fridge, security is very strict here, but very professional. I enjoyed my stay and the host was very nice.
