We had the most wonderful stay. We searched many airbnbs and were really taken by the peaceful location, and the quality and care that was put into making it a 5* experience. It was importantly very clean, we had a lovely welcome basket, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. We would def stay again xx

Anna is the perfect host - everything communicated clearly and in good time, with an immediate response to a query on arrival. "We want you to have a happy day." The property is tastefully furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. I would caution against taking a very large vehicle, rather than a normal saloon, as the access involves negotiating obstacles on a tight turn, but parking space is good and so much is within a couple of minutes' walk - newsagent, Spar, take-aways/restaurants, baker, chemist, greengrocer etc. Very convenient and close to major road junctions, while being quiet and close to a peaceful riverside walk. I have already recommended it to a friend...

We had a wonderful stay at with two friends and our dogs! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The secure and beautifully kept garden gave us peace of mind with the dogs, and it was a lovely spot to unwind. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area — ideal for having a drink and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The hosts provided a great selection of board games, which made our evenings cozy and fun. Another unexpected but lovely bonus was the presence of friendly neighbouring dogs, which made the whole experience feel even more warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, dog-friendly stay with thoughtful touches throughout. Would definitely return!

We had a lovely couple of days in boroughbridge. The place We stayed is well worth the money. Lovely little shops to look at. Plenty of places to have a lovely meal. We had one in Grantham arms and the other in the hideaway. Then to end the day cosy lounge. We both had an excellent night sleep, pillows were lovely. We would recommend this gem of a place.
