Hungry Hippie Hostel now has Camping + Glamping! Our canvas wall tents are waterproof and super cozy! Our version of Glamping includes: the 8'x16' tent, decking (with screened in porch), comfy mattress and breathtaking views of Lake Superior. Also included- a campfire ring + picnic table at each of our glamping sites. Tents are located within 200 feet of our brand new shower house. The shower house is divided into mens & womens spaces. Each space having two showers, three toilets and two sinks.

Sunset Suites 906 - Secluded 200 sq ft Bell Tent

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Hike Round Is Point trail – just five miles away by bike or car, prepare your dinner over an open flame and sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunset before drifting to sleep in your queen-size bed. The campsite is perfect for cloud watching or star gazing. A great place to unplug and enjoy a good book or board games while taking in the sounds of songbirds, the scent of wildflowers, and the occasional sights of wildlife. Off the grid.

Camp Keweenaw

Come enjoy the beautiful scenery, waterfront views and outdoor activities on the Keweenaw Peninsula in Michigan! Located on a private lake, everything is at your doorstep from waterfront Camp Keweenaw! Mountain biking, hiking, fishing, swimming, canoe and kayaking, stand up paddling, atv and utv riding. Direct trail access from the camp. Camp Keweenaw sleeps 8 in 4 queen size bunkbeds. Each bed has a 10" memory foam mattress for maximum comfort. Bring the dogs! 1/3 acre fenced dog run!

Forest Stargazer

Relax in a unique clear top tent, allowing for stargazing, aurora viewing or just watching the trees blow in the wind. These eco tents are waterproof and stormproof. There is room for 4 guests in the two full sized beds. There's a small table inside and a pic-nic table and food prep table outside. Included in the food prep area is a small charcoal grill, propane cooktop, dishes and cooking pan. Water and restrooms are available near the lake - a short distance away from the private tent.

Backyard Bliss

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a 16 ft diameter belle tent. Get comfy on the elevated queen memory foam mattress, bedding included. Hear the wind blowing thru the nearly 5 acres of overgrown Christmas trees. Located within walking distance of the Bliss Farmers Market on summer Saturdays and the Bliss Polo Field. Wilderness State Park, Mackinaw City and Cross Village are within a 10 mile radius. The real gem is crystal clear Lake Michigan which only 3 miles west.

We will only rent this camping site if the cabin isn't booked for your privacy. You have access to a picnic table, fire pit with grill, chairs and outhouse, but please do not enter the cabin. Private driveway off highway 17 makes this a great choice for roadtrippers or people looking for a cheap site to explore the beauty of our area.
