Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lake Superior

Chad’s home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, breathtaking views, perfect location for bird hunting options. Looking forward to another visit.

Amazing town, amazing airbnb

The five of us in our family loved our stay at Back Alley Sally! The space is so well decorated. It is close (walkable) to a great breakfast place, and also close to Roundman Brewing which was amazing! Great bathroom, shower, and a nice half bath as an extra. Beds were really comfortable! Only issue was it took quite a few tries to get into the igloo home keypad. Once we figured out how to use it we were great. Bedrooms are all upstairs. We hope to stay again sometime, it was a wonderful place to be.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were so close to the SDC for the MTU graduation! It was the perfect spot. There were lots of games to choose from for the evenings when we were all hanging out. The coffee station was nice. The big desk in the single bedroom was great for our daughter to work on some school work while we were away from home. It was a great experience! I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming for MTU graduation!

We stayed at this property to ride the ATV trail system. You could not ask for a better location to the system. Easy to get to the trails, and access to two great loops to ride.

WE were in the area for work. Great place to stay with everything we needed to accommodate us for the week. Great communication from Nancy which made everything from check in to check out a breeze. Would stay again!!

Quiet and peaceful family getaway! our weather wasn't great for all the outdoor activities we wanted to enjoy, but the TV, games and puzzles kept us entertained. The fishing dock was great for the boat as well as fishing from. Thanks for the great weekend!!

Kelly did a great job on this space and thought of everything you might need. I loved how spacious it was and the lovely country-feel while still being in the city. Kudos to your efforts. I'd definitely stay again.

Pamela’s place was exactly as described! Everything was clean and in working condition. Pamela’s place was the most well stocked AirBNB we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in dozens of different rentals over the years! The bed and pillows are very comfortable! Pamela is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to inquiries! We visited Fayette Historic Park one afternoon and it’s fabulous if you enjoy history! We had a delicious dinner at the Freshwater Tavern nearby on the lake! If we are back in the area again we would definitely rent Pamela’s place again!

We were in the area to visit the porcupine mountains and Joseph's basement apartment worked great. We were about 30 minutes from the western tip of the park. We packed a lunch and spent our days in the mountains. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for making meals along with various travel brochures for options of what to do in the area.

I stayed for a week and enjoyed the area. It was only an hour from Munising where I had planned a bunch of activities. The place was bigger than the pictures and had everything I needed to cook for the week. Had a little issue initially connecting to the internet but Pam was responsive and helpful. Would happily stay again if I’m in the area.

Beautiful place. Very clean and well kept. Right between Gladstone and Escanaba. Looking right at the water. Would recommend to family and friends and will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Really enjoyed staying there. It was quieter than we expected. Beautifully decorated and in perfect order. Superbly remodelled. Very well stocked kitchen. I've stayed in several Airbnb in Canada and this was a personal favorite.

Jacqueline was an amazing host and I would recommend this to anyone! She made us feel super comfortable, welcomed and at home. She had wrote a list of waterfalls for us to visit and in a specific order. Breakfast every morning was amazing and she even made cakes and desserts every night! I could not have asked for a better stay. If you are even on this page checking her out, just book it!! You won’t regret it. Super sweet lady and beautiful home. Charming 140 year old house. The breakfast and bakery down stairs was the real 5 star.

Honestly, this was one of the best air b n b’s I have ever stayed in. It is so cozy, and in the most beautiful location. While the retreat is busy in the summer people are missing out by not experiencing it in the winter. We had a massage right at the retreat, the hot tub and sauna were incredible, and the wood burning fire place was so cozy. Cheryl provides an amazing breakfast and was an extremely caring and responsive host. Elevate your winter experience and come stay here, you will not be disappointed. We will be back!

As the only guests during our 3 night stay we enjoyed the peace and serenity, the warmth of the well-tended fireplace, the gorgeous valley and mountain views with Lake Superior in the background. What a lovely place!

This was my daughter and my second trip here. We love the space, location, and especially Kathy (host). We plan on staying here every year that it's available. The beach is very close and has yooperlites to find after dark. I highly recommend

Delightful Inn nestled in the north woods. Beautiful location, equidistant from Virginia and Ely. Mary is a wonderful hostess and always very helpful. Recommended to anyone visiting that area.

Very comfortable and private space. We slept so well! The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and the freshly made to-go snack was so appreciated. The space is great, and the bathroom is nice. We didn't get much cell service, and the wifi was spotty in our room, but that didn't really impact our stay, but something to know if that's important to you.
