Monthly Rentals in Lake Spenard

Thanks to Chloe and the homeowner my husband and I got to experience a great 20 days here. Everything was provided, down to even the coffee and cooking oil.

This was the last place we stayed in Alaska. And it was perfect. We had driven all day, and needed a place to sleep for a short evening. We had a flight very early. It was great. We were literally 5 minutes from the airport. It was easy to find. Quiet neighbor hood. And when you walked in, it was beautiful. Homey. I wished I found this place when we flew in. Way better for half the price of a hotel. And close to everything. It had room for two couples and a single. Comfy living room and everything you would need in a home. Even earplugs, beings close to the airport. Cute little coffee station and awesome bathroom. Thanks for being a great host! You have a beautiful place there, wish I could tell everyone who needs a quick stay or even extended-assuming. It's way better than a hotel.

The apartment was very clean. It was easy to find and in a great location for driving around Anchorage. They supplied soap and shampoo, which was unexpected. The shower had great pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Communication was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

We arrived to a house exactly as described. Great location right near the lake and close to the airport. Mostly quiet with the occasional buzz of seaplanes taking off. The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and Johanna was very responsive. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it if you're looking for something in the Anchorage area.
