Nana's Cabin

Nana's Cabin is located 4 miles from downtown Talkeetna. This charming log home was built by local builders for their mother (Nana). Perfect for all seasons, includes a full kitchen and one bathroom with tub, shower, washer and dryer. Downstairs room has a queen bed. Upstairs has a room with queen. Common space has a twin, pull out couch, and a pull out twin. There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.

Talkeetna Silver Cabin at Montana Creek & Sauna

Our cabin is in a private wilderness setting on a beautiful stream. There is a wood-fired sauna for your year round use. In mid-July through mid-September salmon often swim by your deck. Our single room streamside cabin rests on the Southfork branch of Montana Creek, built from local spruce and birch. We do not have television or hot running water; our bathroom is a cozy outhouse.

Red John’s cabin In 2017 Red Johns cabin was placed on Alaska’s 10 most endangered historic properties list by the AAHP. In 2018/2019 this adorable cabin was restored with help from Alaska’s Historic Preservation Fund. It is one of 13 buildings contributing to Talkeetna’s historic district on the NPS National Register of Historic Places. History and Charm!!!

Light & Bright Window Tree Walk-up

The Window Tree Walk-up is a second floor guest cottage mini suite with private entrance located in downtown Talkeetna. Price includes 5% bed tax and 3% sales tax. Clean, light and airy w/queen and twin beds in the bedroom, small living area with kitchenette, lovely full bath. Entrance through guest house back door then up a flight of stairs.
