Monthly Rentals in Lake Seminole

Stayed for a month & overall a great spot, would recommend! It is between both Clearwater and St. Pete so you have lots of options while also being in an area that isn’t as busy. Lots of pretty parks in the area. The apartment is spacious, very clean, nice grounds! Beds were comfortable, darkening curtains were wonderful, good appliances. It is a 3rd floor walk-up & the dumpster area is kind of far away - not a giant inconvenience, just wanted to note. Anastasia quickly responded & made check-in easy! Thank you for the stay!

My sister and I were visiting the area to visit with my daughter who lives in St Pete. When we arrived, greeted by the property manager, Trevor. He attended to immediate needs, how to operate the air conditioner. He gave us info to contact him at any time. We were gone all day everyday shopping and beaches. The host and Trevor communicated daily to make sure we had all we needed. The appliances were modern. This place is great. Large yard if u have a dog. The small patio was great to have coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. I will stay again. Thanks Hermanth and Trevor !!

I needed a place for a night & I’m in honestly sad it was only one night because I immediately felt right at home. Pictures don’t do this place justice! It was so clean, beautiful & my main concern traveling by myself as a woman, SAFE! I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a really long time. She was so responsive & gave super clear instructions, it was perfect & I’m going to remember this hidden gem the next time I’m in town so I can stay longer 💛

Google GPS struggled with getting us to the exact house but we were able to figure it out. The check in was easy. The location was great. Everything we wanted to go to was 5-10 min away. We were able to unplug and relax completely for our baby moon because everything was so easy to get to. We enjoyed Madeira beach, John’s pass, studio movie theaters, and restaurants nearby. The place was really cute. Small but perfect for two people. Gwen was helpful. It was a bit humid but we turned down the AC and she had a small dehumidifier we were able to use.
