Monthly Rentals in Lake Mundi

Everything was as expected and despite the wet and cold weather we had cosy stay in Wilkin Cottage. We particularly enjoyed the quiet isolation in this very private bush setting. Sharon was a very friendly and helpful host.

Very friendly country people. We arrived late at night after a big drive, and it was welcoming to go straight in to a nice clean and cosy room, everything was as described and pictured, but the place felt homely and Penola and the surrounding wine region was beautiful too. The staff were super friendly and nice, even though we weren’t there for long or in the room too much.

We stayed over the Kelpie Muster weekend and brought our Kelpie who loved the area outside to explore. The lovely fire kept the place warm and the place was different from other places we've stayed. Just a short walk down the road you'll find Julie Kent's art workshop with her industrious husband, both wonderfully inviting and friendly.

Beautifully unique and comfortable converted church, with features of the original role of the building preserved. Perfect for our extended family trip. Well stocked with many of the bits and bobs you need when away from home, including toys and books. Kids loved it, adults loved it. A delight!
