Monthly Rentals in Lake Marion

Bozena's condo was a peaceful and serene place surrounded by moss-draped oak trees and towering magnolias in bloom. The soaring pine ceilings and high windows made it seem even more spacious. Walls of very sturdy sliding glass doors cover both the living room and bedroom, leading to a gigantic screened in porch with comfy chairs. Plenty of pillows are provided on the two large living room couches and the two double beds. The kitchen is superbly equipped with good dishes, glassware and all you need to cook a healthy meal. I was delighted to find a milk frother next to the coffee maker for my tall foaming cafe au lait!

To date, this is my favorite Airbnb. For anyone traveling to the area, this place is super clean and comfortable, with a beautiful sunset view over Lake Marion.

Gabriel was a quick, friendly communicator and easy to reach out to if we needed anything. There was an issue with the door lock the day after we got there (the batteries in the lock had died) and we were locked out for a few hours, but he sent out a locksmith to fix it and gave us an extra day free of charge to make up for it, which we appreciated. Overall, the place was nice and was walking distance from a good restaurant outside the neighborhood. The only things that I would improve is some of the cleaning and cosmetics. The pillows and blankets in the closet had stains on them and the front door and kitchen area had some stains and was a bit dusty. The couch pullout bed was bent, so we couldn't use it and some of the blinds were broken. With these things fixed, it would be perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider staying again when we return to Florida.

A lovely little space! It really exceeded my expectations for the affordable price. Everything was clean, the decor was homey and modern, the kitchenette had everything I needed.
