This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Airbnb that Diane owns. The place is beautiful and comfortable and the location is ideal for spending lots of time downtown walking, eating, and drinking. No need to drive! We will for sure be back here again. The bed is so so so comfy!!!! Diane does an amazing job of making the place feel welcoming. She is also flexible with checkin which was a lifesaver for this trip! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Diane!

Our stay was wonderful. We wanted to stay in town, but not at a B&B. s Jack's place was perfect and he couldn't have been friendlier. Great location, true to the pictures, precise instructions to get in. The window cleaners set off the fire alarm in the building and he was quick to reach out to us with an apology. Jack recently acquired this building and gave us a tour of the other units and common area he's rehabbing. He has kept the historical touches and lined the walls in the building with photographs taken by his mother. Complimentary coffee is offered from his coffee shop downstairs, and the employee couldn't be friendlier. It's been a while since we've been to Galena, and we'll definitely be back soon and staying here!

The property was cool. Though I did realize how out of shape I was - winded every time I climbed the 2 steep floors to the unit. But so worth it. Spacious, adjustable climate (HVAC), TV, sprawl-able sofa and leather chairs. I was looking forward to having my coffee and reflection time on the back porch but, alas, the weather didn’t cooperate. Several dining options nearby and we walked over to the Fenelon Elevator for an epic view of the Mississippi River. Thanks for the memorable stay - it made a perfect landing on our adventure along the Mississippi River, from the headwaters in MN to the Gulf. Our Tip - Drop in to the Wicked Dame wine bar. - what a cast of characters we encountered.

This property exceeded expectations in every way. The decor was thoughtfully curated and created such a welcoming atmosphere throughout the space. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative from booking through checkout, making the entire process seamless. The location was great….10 minutes away from odowntown attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet the neighborhood felt peaceful and safe. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The humble apartment is easy find and has great access to a great cafè nearby. There's a lot to see and do in the city, but after a long day, it's great to come back to such a place. Definitely worth the price. :)

I had a great stay at this charming home. I loved the art, the feel of the home and the restored wooden furniture. The helpful hints like how to turn on the shower were much appreciated. The space was quiet and white noise machines were provided although I found I did not need them. The home was centrally located with nothing being more than a mile or two away. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is getting a recliner or chair for the bedroom. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Guy’s. There had been a small issue where the cleaning crew had not been in or had not finished by the time we arrived. Guy made it right while we enjoyed dinner in town. The amenities at the Owner’s Club were amazing. Everyone had space to spread out, no one on top of one another. We would gladly come back to Guy’s!

The Hemmer House was truly one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! We had 6 adults and 2 kids there for a wedding in Dubuque and this was the perfect place for our family. The house is so charming, well stocked, and renovated so beautifully. We all agreed that the pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s even nicer in person. The house is well-located, close to downtown and also grocery stores etc. Sharisse and Kevin were great and very accommodating. Highly, highly recommend!

Your place was so Retro!! We loved it !! Needs a fire pit and more outside backyard chairs. We really enjoyed the town and loved the view of the Mississippi River. The park across the street was amazing!!! We had the other guests from the other unit walk into our unit 2 times while we were there.

From booking to checkout, our host made everything easy and always responded promptly. The space was exactly as described! We had kids with us and they enjoyed having a separate living space and tv to settle down at night. Everything was clean and fresh. Thank you!

Had a great time! The space was perfect for us. The bakery across the road was delicious and so convenient to grab a quick treat/breakfast. A quick drive to downtown and access to everything. Had a few kid toys that my Toddlers loved! Would highly recommend.

Our family had a fantastic job at Dan's place. The location is great - close enough to the Eagle Ridge Inn and Owners Club, but very private location with a beautiful view of the lake. The unit had everything we need and was much larger than the pictures made it seem. Galena had great shopping and restaurants. Galena Territory Owners Club indoor pool was perfect for the kids. I'd recommend staying here anytime we make it back to Galena Territory!

Great place to stay right by the Upper Mississippi. Close to the bike path and nature preserve. Easy shopping nearby.

Melissa’s place was very clean, cozy, and felt right at home. I loved that each room has its own bathroom, the golf course view was beautiful and so peaceful to sit out on the patio with a glass of wine after a full day of exploring the surroundings. Melissa provided clear instructions on how to enter the home and communication was very responsive. I will definitely be coming back! :)
