Monthly Rentals in Lake Clearwater

Really nice place with a lovely fire place. 10 minutes to Fairlie and 40 minutes to Lake Tekapo. The place was warm when we arrived and the check in instructions were very clear. We loved the views of the mountain in the morning and how isolated we were.

This spot was dreamy and everything we wanted with the outdoor soaking tub and centrality to the town. It had a phenomenal bathroom and indoor soaking tub as well! It was very clean and easy to access. We hit some snags with the outdoor tub given the temps and had some issues communicating effectively with David. However, he was quick to make it right and do what he could to make sure we left happy with our stay.

We had an awesome stay at this peaceful farm property in Staveley. The mountain views were incredible and made for a really relaxing and scenic getaway. The place had a great rural vibe and was perfect for switching off for a few days. We brought our dog along and it was ideal — plenty of local walking tracks to explore. Harriet was a fantastic host — super helpful and great with communication, which made everything really easy. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet country escape with beautiful views. We’d happily stay again!

Lovely stay! Everything you need! Great little bbq to use and also the bathroom was so modern.. great shower pressure too! Very peaceful.. fire going when we arrived. Perfect location close to Opuke pools - will be recommending to all my friends!
