Julie was a great host—accommodating, responsive, and kindly shared local recommendations. She adjusted our check-in time, which made it possible for us to start our hike at Lion’s Head Park early. The place was exactly as described, easy to find, and in a great location right by the grocery store & town centre. It was spacious (with generously sized bedrooms), clean, and perfect for our group to relax. Special mention that our group noticed there was excellent water pressure! Highly recommend staying here.

wonderful peaceful weekend. it was a real treat to sit on the dock and sip morning coffee watching the loons dive. having a cozy fire at night to end a day of hiking and paddling. Karen was so welcoming and kind. highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

We had a lovely winter weekend getaway and James’ place was a exactly what we needed. The cottage is cute and cozy, and is tucked away on a quiet road. We will definitely be back! James is super responsive and provided some great local recommendations.
