Monthly Rentals in Laity Moor

We enjoyed our few nights away staying in the cosy and peaceful annexe and Imogen was a very helpful and welcoming host. It’s a great space with parking and a place to sit outside and I liked the double doors which opened up and brought the outside indoors, especially the evening sunshine. The kitchen is a great space for preparing meals and there was a lovely breakfast selection, with milk, bread and jam and lots of teas and coffee provided. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well and the shower was super with toiletries too! The village is very quiet and there’s a lovely forest walk close by, unfortunately the village pub was closed when we were there. We had a lovely stay in Cornwall and if you like having more space than just a room like we do (which you pay a fortune for!) then this quaint and quirky annexe is ideal for a break away from the busy world we live in!

I took my parents here for a short break, and to go to the Sea Shanty Festival in Falmouth. It was exactly what we were after. Peaceful and quiet, and a short drive into Falmouth. Mum kept saying "I think we must be the first people to have stayed here". Whether we were or not is a good indication as to how nice it was :)

Clean, comfortable, uncomplicated accommodation, accurately described. While there is no kitchen, Emma went to a lot of trouble to ensure we could prepare breakfasts with the facilities that were available. Communication was easy and helpful. Easy to get to Penryn, Falmouth and further afield. Would certainly stay there again.

Sadly we only had a short stay but everything was perfect. The property was spotless and comfortable with fantastic views across to Falmouth harbour. The garden birds were adorable . Green and Goldfinch, baby Blue Tits, Sparrows and compulsory Gulls, Magpies, Jackdaws and Rooks! Thank you Paula and Antony - definitely a perfect venue.
