An absolute dream – like a small castle in the middle of the vineyards! The apartment delighted us from the first moment: spacious, light-flooded rooms with huge windows and a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards – you really felt like you were in a castle! Everything was sparkling clean, furnished with great attention to detail. There was nothing missing: dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, charcoal, mosquito repellent - everything was there. The kitchen was also excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired. The centrally controlled air conditioning in every room was particularly pleasant - an absolute plus in summer temperatures. But our highlight was definitely the outdoor area: the pool and the spacious terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying. There were eight of us in the apartment and we felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

Great house for a vacation with friends. It is very idyllically located in the middle of nature. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach many good climbing areas and the beaches by car. The pizza oven was a highlight and the fireplace makes it beautifully warm in winter. It was also ideal for the six children who had plenty of space to play in and around the house on the large terrace and in the forest. Marco was always available and on hand when you needed him and super nice. We will be happy to come back 😃

We had a very pleasant time in the old oil mill. The house, the garden and the entire surroundings were extraordinarily beautiful. We particularly liked the proximity to the center of Ceriana, which could be reached on a beautiful footpath. There you could get the most necessary things in one of the two small supermarkets. We were very happy to sit outside in one of the two bars in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle around us. The locals were incredibly nice and approachable. Since the temperatures were still in the moderate range, we took some very nice bike tours directly from the house. The roads leading into the mountains are narrow, but they are not heavily trafficked. This is certainly different in the high season. However, there are many steep uphill sections and an e-bike is recommended for those who are not absolutely fit. We were able to safely park our car in the lower part of the house.

Very nice couple offering this accommodation. Quiet and nice view. Our family of three had a great time here. Nice beaches and worth going up to the old town. Highly recommended to come here.

A beautiful cottage on an elevated location. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the beach was easily accessible via shortcut by stairs. There is everything you need, the amenities in the kitchen are more than sufficient. The landlords always responded very quickly to our concerns and questions. Only criticism: in summer at high temperatures it is very hot in the house, it hardly cools down even during the night. Air conditioning for more restful nights would be worth considering. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, especially the terrace.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

The place is perfect for spending pleasant days with family or friends. The views and location are wonderful. The pool table helps to experience a nice get-together. Unfortunately, we had great weather luck, the situation in the village was precarious. Salvatore was immediately active with messages, - and he even chauffeured us to the train station! 🤩 Thank you very much.

One of the most beautiful houses we've stayed in. Perfectly appointed, amazing attention to detail, gorgeous pool. Richard met us and talked us through everything, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The grounds are magical and the house roomy while cosy. We had a great time and will be back!

Stunning place! Way up high in the hills, so quiet and peaceful. The view is incredible, you could stare at it all day. The place inside is huge, spacious, clean, and beautiful. Very well-equipped for cooking and entertaining too. There are so many cute corners to sit, chat, snack, drink, it’s awesome. Also a nice gym with a variety of equipment, even a boxing bag! Of course, to be this peaceful and quiet you have to drive or uber way up in the hills. It’s only about ten minutes from town but not an easy walk. Overall loved the place and would definitely recommend!

Our stay was wonderfull! The house has a nice view and a lot of privacity! The pool is nice as well. Massimo took care of all our wishes and requests! Furthermore he suprised us with a birthday cake during our stay, because our youngest boy had birthday! Thumbs up for Massimo and his beautiful home! I can recommend thid place.

The accommodation is in a great location! There is no one opposite and you can make as much noise as you want! The pool is cleaned every day by David, and that's a good thing! Apart from a few logistical problems, David was able to respond to them in a minute and always put us in the best possible comfort! Thank you! David has always been available! Small note for safety, we had children and we must be careful, because there are no barriers, they are ropes and falling is possible. Note that the rooms are not all together, there are 2 rooms, cut off from the rest, in the basement. So the house must be left open at night so that people can go to the toilet. (It would be good to stipulate this) If not, everything was great!! He provided charcoal for grilling and wood for a nice fire in the evening. To party, it's a perfect place that we recommend! Stefania is a very nice and caring hostess, we were warmly welcomed by her and her husband and the special features of the accommodation were explained to us. The house is very nice and well equipped - we didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house and spent wonderful autumn holidays. The pictures and the description were correct. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The equipment in the house itself is of high quality and very pratcical. You can tell that the hosts are there themselves from time to time, because everything is there and there is enough of everything you need. Especially in the kitchen it can sometimes be a challenge - here in this house there was really everything you need if you like to cook. The internet is fast enough and Netflix helps when travelling with children - but also pleases the adults. Communication with Tanya was smooth and quick. The handing over of the keys and the necessary explanations on site were impeccable. All very flexible and solution-oriented when necessary. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Anna has made a little paradise. We have never been able to enjoy holidays like this. The place is even nicer than the pictures!!! Anna is a wonderful, loving and accommodating woman. There was always fresh salad and zirons from their garden. Herbs are available in the accommodation itself, which is simply a huge gain to cook with fresh herbs. It is always easy to reach because it lives right next door. She also always had great recommendations on what to do and where to dine best. The surroundings are heavenly. There's so much to do. You are within a 10-minute drive by the sea. But you can also reach everything you want to do within an hour We traveled with our dog, who also enjoyed it very much, it has a bowl available and otherwise you can tell that Anna is a dog friend. We will definitely be back ! Thanks Anna for everything!

Stephane is a fantastic person & and host, extremely kind and generous nothing was ever a problem we felt like we were on holiday with a friend, this was our second time coming back and we had an amazing week, highly recommend booking with Stephane you will not be disappointed!

Luigi's place is highly recommended. Not only the view over the city is breathtaking Also, the house lacks nothing. Top location and great amenities. In addition, Luigi is very friendly and helpful. When the ceiling fan broke, he immediately installed a new one. The same was the same for the coffee machine. Luigi is just a call away and was also able to give us good tips for the area and restaurants. The house is in the end of the street, in a very quiet area. However, the city is about a 15-minute walk away. The property consists of several large terraces. There was also enough space for our two cars. In addition to the view, the pool was also the highlight. And the large grill area. All in all, a really great accommodation, especially for dog owners, as the property is completely fenced in. As a dog beach we can recommend Baba Beach. When we are back in Alassio we will book Luigi's house again.
