Monthly Rentals in Lahug (Pob.)

I really enjoyed Nathan's place! I had an early arrival, and Nathan kindly agreed to allow an early check-in. The accommodation was clean, with a large refrigerator (a plus!), and a comfortable ARMCHAIR (a super plus, as this is quite rare). For me as a digital nomad, this is very good accommodation. The only drawback I experienced was that upon check-in, the air conditioner started leaking because it needed servicing. However, Nathan’s assistants fixed everything within a few hours, and I had no further issues with the air conditioner. It's also very convenient that in the same building at the basement level there are drinking water refill stations, laundry facilities, and delivery services. Thank you, Nathan!

Great place to stay if you need to get around IT Park — it’s conveniently located, with plenty of food options nearby and it’s easy to book a Grab from here. The unit itself is clean, smells fresh, and has fast Wi-Fi. While the air conditioning in the bedroom isn’t as cold as expected, especially compared to the living room, it’s not a major issue. The unit is an end unit, so you get a nice view outside as well. They also provide basic essentials like a toothbrush, a packet of coffee, and a towel, which is a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended! !

The place was definitely worth the price and the host was highly responsive. When you alert them of a problem, they were quick to respond even if it is in the early morning. Kudos to the team and I look forward to coming back to staying with them in Cebu!
