The place is spacious and perfect for a family staycation. We loved the ambiance and aesthetic of the place, making it ideal for both family and barkada trips. We truly felt at home. Plus, the host was always responsive, no matter the time.

Had great time staying at Belles place. Flat was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Cebu ❤️❤️❤️

The place is so big and clean. The whole place is airconditioned and there were 4 rooms with soft beds.

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

My family loved the place. They also stated the value for what I paid is well worth it.. so more trips to it will be planned out for the future..

We had a lovely stay at Kecey’s place. The hosts were always responsive and eager to help out. The location was perfect and the apartment was an easy walk to Ayala shopping centre. The pool was such a great place to relax as well. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Cebu and would be keen to stay here again in the future.

It has become our go-to spot whenever I visit Cebu City. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, I highly recommend this gem. We slept like babies every night. Can’t wait to return!

Location-wise, it’s the best since it’s just near 7/11, Ayala Bloc, and Waterfront hotel. Everything is walkable so no hassle even if past midnight you need something like food or emergency supplies. Host is responsive and sends you clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. No hassle at all! Worth the penny during my stay!

Awesome place. Great location. Pleasantly surprised about the market across the street. I know it mentioned it, but i was ignorantly and wonderfully surprised. You have absolutely any type of food available 200 feet from the front door .

Our stay at Yami’s Pad was an unforgettable experience; the place was comfy and clean. The host, Ms. Rhea is very friendly and very helpful. She replies right away every time we message her, and makes sure to cater our needs. Yami’s Pad is highly recommended. Loved our time and will surely visit again.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, affordable, and near the airport. We checked in for our 1-day lay-over in Cebu. We wanted to rest after a tiring international travel. And we really achieved that because of the comfort and coziness this place gave us. Truly a haven for your staycation plans. They allowed us to do an early check in around 5 AM because our plane arrived early in the morning. There was additional payment but it was worth it. They also reserved the room day prior so we can do early checkin. And we really appreciate that. If you’re looking for a kind, responsive and flexible host, look no further than here :)) This place is definitely recommended to everyone who wants to visit Cebu!!!

It's hard to imagine a more responsive, helpful, and friendly host than Viera. She was always available to respond to questions, offer suggestions, including places to visit during my stay, and was open to receiving my own suggestions. She's simply a great host. Her place was very comfortable, exactly as described, and in a very upscale building. I felt very much at home there and it offered all the amenities I needed and wanted. And the kitchen is very well equipped, which made my stay easier as well. The neighborhood is one of the more upscale ones in Cebu and has lots of restaurants and cafes, convenience stores, and a supermarket in a big shopping mall. It's only five minutes walk, if you go in the right direction, which I didn't the first time I looked for it. Be sure to get good directions if you're in doubt! There also are street food offerings nearby. And, I discovered, a direct bus from and to the airport for PHP 50. I highly recommend Viera's place for anyone going to Cebu!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

What I like the most about the place is how it's exactly the same as in the pictures. Good wifi, clean and accessible. The host is responsive and helpful.

Great stay

The accommodation boasts high-speed Wi-Fi, is within walking distance of the Cebu South Bus Terminal, and offers impeccable cleanliness. The bathroom includes a hair dryer. A clothes iron is available upon request. A rice cooker, electric kettle, and microwave oven are also provided. The only minor issue was that the drawers were somewhat sensitive and opened easily even with a slight bump.
