Viviana is super friendly. I couldn't see the cabin due to last-minute problems, however, she was very understanding and kind when it came to agreeing on the return. With these values, I can certainly imagine that everything is as described.

Don Pablo took care of every detail, the cabin is wonderful, it is very tidy and is fully equipped. It is highly recommended to stay, it was a wonderful experience, we are grateful for your good attention and wonderful service. Finally, the cabin is very modern and has everything you need to have an unforgettable experience.

We had a great stay. From the first moment, Juan and Diana were very attentive hosts, always available and concerned that everything was in order. They welcomed us with great kindness and made sure that nothing was missing. Diana, the co-host, was also very friendly and attentive to the details during our stay. The dedication and affection with which they manage the accommodation was noted. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the ad. I definitely recommend them and we would be happy to return. Great place to stay in Malalcahuello whether you want to ski or go hiking. The entire area is gorgeous and this cabin was really cool! I would definitely come back. If you get a clear night, the stars while sitting in the tinaja are incredible! (Especially with the sound of the river in the background)
