Entering the property and feeling at home right away! Comfortable, tidy, original, beautiful environment! Surrounded by the warmth of stone and wood, pampered by silence. Arriving and finding the fireplace on was also beautiful: a sign of welcome and sensitivity from Federica! Always available, kind and attentive. Beautiful and peaceful places: far to the right point from the cities. We had a good time right away: the house near the parking lot and the street is still quiet and in a private location. If you want to spend days of serenity surrounded by nature, among "mountains springing from the water", but you want to take a walk into the city, don't hesitate to book! Come back as soon as possible!

Place is nice. It’s not fancy or modern but has authentic Italian charm. Easy access to the lake and nice local restaurants. We really enjoyed. Giampiero and his family are were nice and friendly. Giampiero was following every steps a day before check in and he was very responsive. Clear instructions and communication. House has everything you need to stay a few days. Host kindly left some nibbles, different variety of tea, very nice coffee. The welcome drink was cherry on top. You can enjoy your drink or coffee in the morning outside. One might say sofa bed is not too comfortable but we slept well and didn’t have any issues (we were very tired after a long drive) . Definitely recommend it. Thank you Giampiero and the family to make our stay memorable.

Welcoming and accommodating hosts, who are willing to adapt to the language of the tourist. Available for information. I would recommned this property.

Amazing place. Stefano and Mattia were very caring hosts. We definitely would like to come back. Best way to go around is to have a car, this is the best way to explore the region.
