Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

A perfect stay on all sides From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and always available for any questions or needs. The house was impeccably clean, with attention to detail that is noticeable from the first moment. In addition, the aroma of the place was simply enchanting, something that made the experience even more welcoming. The location is excellent: close to everything I needed, but at the same time quiet and perfect for resting. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for making my stay so special!

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

Fantastic great area with several pools, jacussis, bar, gym etc. we really enjoyed the area. Perfect if you're looking to sunbathe all day long. Large shopping center right nearby, as well as grocery store right next door. So very easy to shop.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

My partner and I went for a weekend and the truth is that despite being small, for a couple it is excellent. We are delighted, I recommend it 100%

Great view

The welcome by Patrick's mom is the best, lots of anecdotes and the desire to get to know all the members of this lovely family. The apartment seemed smaller than in the photos that hid this ugly building in the foreground.... But the brain has incredible capacities... What happiness this balcony with sea views.

Everything was great! 👍🏻 Very clean, cozy and beautiful, close to the beach, nice host. The only remark - if you are looking for a very quiet place where you can disconnect from the "city" in nature, keep in mind that behind the house there is a highway from which the noise of cars can be heard. This place definitely deserves a high rating.

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Great stay, helpful host. Complex has a good pool and apartment was what we needed. Bottled water and fruit provided on arrival, host met us at the apartment making arrival easy. Will visit again

Very clean comfortable apartment, perfect for two. In a lovely quiet area. Good shaded private parking. We had a lovely week, 10 minutes from the port and beaches where there a lot of bars and restaurants. Christina and Andres are very friendly and helpful with lots of tips of where to visit and eat. Thank you both very much and we would recommend.

Veronika’s place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood with a dog park near by yet walkable to the beach / promenade. Supermarket around the corner. Free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Apartment itself was so charming I wished we stayed longer. Beautiful windows and terrace in the bedroom perfect for your morning tea and coffee. Veronika shared details of person managing check in and check out, they were very responsive and we were able to adjust arrival time and checked in and out no problem. The price was very good as well. We’d be more than happy to stay again if we find ourselves traveling to the area again.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We have been to the area before and loved the beaches and general area. The apartment is located in a secure gated development, which is established with mainly Spanish residence, which was lovely. Pool is lovely, apartment is very nice, super clean, well equipped, feels safe and cosy. Loved our stay and Pao was an excellent host. Roof top terrace is great with sun beds and hammock. Local supermarmarket

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

I had a truly amazing stay at Annette's lovely home from home. It was super-well equipped and had literally everything you needed. The view from the roof terrace was awesome and I felt very secure and safe as I'm a lady that was there alone for some of my 4-week stay. Alan, the super-host that greeted us was beyond helpful and lovely and recommended lots of local places to eat etc. and literally couldn't do enough for us - amazing chap! The pool was great and just a few metres away - the photos don't do it justice. This place is nestled in between Torrevieja centre and La Mata beach so is peaceful and quiet enough to chill out but only a stones-throw from all the action. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again - it has everything you need to feel comfortable and as though you have all of your creature comforts. I'm already looking to book again! You won't be disappointed ;)
