Ruben is a friendly and reliable host. The villa is perfectly located in Quesada - the location is one of the best things about the listing as it sits behind the main strip avenida Las naciones so ideal for shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The pool area was great for our kids although it is not heated but once you are in the pool it feels absolutely fine. The villa is spacious and was big enough for 4 adults and 4 children. The villa was also clean. Only downside is that it is a little bit dated inside and could do with modernisation however most of the villas in Quesada for rent at this price point are similar and so it was not a deal breaker for us. Recommend and would stay again.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

A WA group was created in advance, in which we were provided with all the relevant information for the check-in as well as great tips. The accommodation is close to the airport, check-in was contactless and completely smooth. The apartment itself, especially the kitchen and bathroom, was very clean and lovingly prepared upon our arrival. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, even alcohol were available for us. Surroundings is quiet and familial. The pool area was pleasant, even if there was some foliage. For hijabis, it is good to know that the pool area is only partially private. The beach and supermarket are within easy walking distance. A rental car is still recommended. This will take you quickly to Alicante. The only criticism: The double bed is unstable, which affected my sleep a little. Daniel was always available and very helpful. Great overall stay. We will be happy to come back!

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

We had an amazing trip as a family of 5. The location was perfect, we rented a car to get around and used the car parking space. The community was safe and secure. The pool was beautiful. The Villa was clean, comfortable and felt like a home from home with access to all apps via the tv and a great kitchen / dining area set-up. Restaurants, supermarket and beach were within easy reach. Check-in and out process was easy and smooth with host meeting us on arrival to show us around. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

This place was amazing. The views were to die for. We ate every meal on the terrace. The street is a photographer’s dream. Everything in the home was well appointed. Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time at the house, no problems and everything we needed

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Thank you for an amazing stay, the Villa was beautiful. We loved the outdoor area, especially the heated pool as we visited in November. Something for everyone, and was perfect for two young children with the indoor play area. Had a couple of small issues but Maria was so responsive, she couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly. Really clean and has everything you’d need for your stay. Would definitely return again, thank you so much Maria!

Our stay was perfect, great facilities you don’t need to think about anything! They were very accommodating for our family , especially with providing a full size cot for our 7 month old. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I had no concerns and would 100% be returning!

We had a pleasant stay. The place was perfect and was as described. The place was peaceful and quiet, we liked spending time there. Alexander was very responsive.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the house and it was as good as ever. It is very well equipped, had everything we needed and is very close to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Geanina is a great host and was able to be very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was much appreciated. Will definitely stay again.

it took us a little while to find the apartment as another property came up via Google maps when searching, however our host was super helpful in getting us there and ended up coming to find us. the property was lovely, had great facilities and was so clean we didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. A close enough walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. perfect communication and great response times. thanks again!

Arrived home today and I couldn’t wait to write this review. I cannot recommend Rik’s place enough. The property is absolutely stunning! So much better than the photos believe it or not. The property was very clean, stylish but also homely. We had everything we needed and more. I will definitely be returning in the future. We stayed with two small children under 5 and they also had so much fun in their own pool and I also felt very safe at the property. The property’s are in a gated community and the property itself is also gated and has an alarm. Honestly you won’t be disappointed so beautiful. We had the best week. Would definitely recommend getting a car also as the property is out of the way of things to do if that’s what you would like. But perfect to feel like you are not in a tourist area and feel right at home in a different country.

We spent the days of Easter in Antonio's house and we had a great time, we can't wait to come back. The location is great and the group's room distribution for the 7 was perfect (5 Adults and two Children), even our pet has enjoyed a world on our morning hikes. Antonio has always been attentive, he gave us a lot of flexibility for both CheckIn and CheckOut, as well as many local recommendations.
